I have a Sx4, really have enjoyed the gun the past few duck, goose & dove seasons, with the bore diameter wasn't so big but none the less I bought a code black duck for mine, great pattern with every shell brand, shot size, but every type patterns 1 1/2-2' high, bench rested or free hand, my kicks do the same thing, none of my carlsons do there poa poi, sad since the carlsons are more open than the kicks F,XF, and code black duck, I guess it's just my gun lol glad yours does good for ya

I took off the rear ghost ring and put on a 3MOA vortex venom reflex sight. It’s a Turkey killer with 3” #9 or #9.5 TSS shot.

Clean inside barrel between shots and see if it’s better

Mine also shoots low and left.

Shooting Black Cloud out of the Pattern Master Code Black isn’t recommended. That choke tube is designed to separate the wad from the shot as the string leaves the barrel. This prevents the wad from disturbing the shot during flight and should provide for a tighter pattern. The Flite Control wad of the Black Cloud shells are designed to decelerate and separate themselves from the shot in order to control the pattern. If you have to shoot the Black Clouds, don’t use that type of Pattern Master tube. PM does make a tube specifically for Black Cloud, or you can just use the factory tubes. Good Luck!

Code black duck is better for 3 inch shells. They recommend the goose for 3 1/2 inch shells.

Try that same experiment but use your factory modified choke and compare them
