Never heard of a Purple Heron before ?
The Purple Heron (Ardea purpurea) occurs throughout much of Africa and southern Eurasia and live near water. They are usually solitary, shy and well camouflaged.

Amazing footage! That looks like a huge fish (a fully grown/adult Tilapia?) the bird caught! The fish was struggling, but the hungry Heron managed to fully consume (alive?!) it all okay? It looked like the unlucky thing was desperately kicking sliding down that long throat! I wonder, does the large fish stand any chance of escaping if eaten in that condition? Maybe it can turn around inside the elastic throat/stomach and has a chance of survival here.
Fish is so slippery and slip down through the throat. That is it's unfortunate.
The heron was perfectly fine after eating the big Tilapia. So much so that it started hunting again soon afterwards. I don't think the fish stood a chance of surviving and escaping.
