Thanks for giving me another recipe to try at home in this era of '"Stay at home or indoors sake off Uncle Corona"....if I may ask, did you preheat the oven & what's unique about the African nutmeg in the event one can't get some????
FELIX AMAKYE yes I preheat the oven at 350 and then reduced it 300 once I put the bread in. And the African nutmeg has an acquiring taste when is mixed with the regular nutmeg it gives it an nice flavor.
