Both my dad and i had cancer. Both of us went through times in our recovery when we could be up and acting normally, followed by exhaustion. Dad was an avid gardener who would get up and work in the yard for a few hours until he was ready to collapse, then spend the rest of the day lying down. I would do paperwork in the mornings, nap, then go out on errands with my sister, to keep from becoming a slug. Catherine may be working by reading documents, even if she cant go out, and if she is going out to a market with William, hooray for her. She knows if she starts to wear out, he'll call for their car and if she sags down or starts to cry its no big deal, but at the Colours she has to sit there no matter what, and she has to look like she's enjoying it, too. QEII did balcony appearances when she had to be wheeled over just out of siight then stood to walk out and wave. Catherine could do the same.

So glad she listens to the medical team. We want her around for years and whatever she has to do to achieve that is fine with us. We have many other members of the family to celebrate as well as the King who hopefully is taking care of his health also and not overdoing. We want him around too. He is my age and I have always been a fan and remember his youth. Camilla has been so good for the earnest ambitious man. One has to wonder how life would be if he had been able to follow his heart years ago. But we have to live with reality and William and his family are a great gift to their country and the world.

Chemo affects your immune system and she doesn't need to be around people right now. Just be patient she'll be back.

Seriously so few people give a s*** whether someone in a ridiculously rich and entitled family stands on a balcony or not. How out of touch can you be? The monarchy's one and only job is to maintain their own popularity and most of the time they just do that by tearing down anyone that shines brighter than them or shows up how lazy they are. Instead of rising and doing better and doing more for the people they work with their PR team and media to tear down anyone getting more attention than them. Time the whole lot of them go and everyone Liz, Charles, Kate, Fergie, Edward and who knows who else all having cancer, is an indication karma agrees with me. Remove all their titles!!!
