@@DTG-DTF-UVPrinter I bought a printer: Oki pro9420wt, but I do not quite understand how to make a white substrate in Photoshop for printing on transparent thermal transfer film. I found one short video guide, but for some reason it doesn't work. I see that you are successfully coping with this, it would be interesting to see the steps in photoshop.
Hey! Sorry for the delay. Our printer adds the substrate on its own, maybe white color option is disabled on the printer or in the printer settings on the computer.
