Check out this Rust Removal job that we took care of in Surrey, B.C. Canada using a product called F9 Barc. The process we used to get the job done was to first surface clean the entire area, let the area almost fully dry, apply F9 Barc at a 50/50 ratio, re-apply a second coat a little bit stronger at a 70/30 ratio, check results once fully dry, apply an alkaline and then rinse.

Hi, on the v4 if I run sh and soap open I’m assuming it would draw the same percentage of soap and sh? Just curious if my draw percentage of sh is now halved with soap valve open and now the sh strength becomes too weak. For example if just sh valve was open I was drawing at 1% by opening the soap does the sh draw drop to 0.5%? Hope that makes sense

How does the duel 12 volt work? Do the join together to make more output or is in case one brakes , he has another or is it to help transfer chem throughout the van? I’ll be honest. I haven’t seen a van build that’s ever caught my eye but this one has. One last question. Randomly someone in my area is selling that exact softwashing skid. It’s basically brand new. Very low hours. He asking 4k for it. Do you think that’s a decent deal? Thanks again
Turned out really nice. You said “ he’ll be able to take on some big commercial jobs with this”. Will he really? Is an honest question. I ask because I’ve been thinking about a setup like this but have second guessed myself questioning if I would be able to handle commercial work if it came my way. Really nice setup. What’s something like this cost roughly ? Not including the van. What are your thoughts about vans? I’ve beeen thingking flatbed or pickup…thanks again 👍👍

Great video! So I just bought an Echo 4200psi 4GPM with a GX390 and an AR Triplex pump. There are no bypass hoses, but at the base the black unloader pressure knob, there is a brass plug. Is this where I should plumb into? Wish I could send a pic Thanks!
It would help to know what type of unloader it is?

I like to use the zep tnt truck wash high pressure soap
The only way this wouldn't work if you use high pressure soap. It will just go on the ground or in your water tank

what if you surface cleaner connects with a 1/4 can you still get the 3/8 ball valve?
The only time the pump is in need if the trigger being pressed for worry of burning up is if there is any leak in the system. If the machine surges up and down that means there is a leak or your unloader is broken. That's when you worry about cavitation
If your not pulling the trigger the plungers in the pump arent engaging, there's a clutch system in the pump that allows the belt or crank driven to soon freely.
The pump might be rated for 10gpm but that thing ain't pushing a whole 10 gallons thru those tiny jets in one minute, no fkn way

I used F9 Barc on a big rock out front of a customers house, they have really heavy iron in there water and they were watering fresh planted grass. The rock was orange in the matter of a month and I used about 1:3 - 1:4 mix in a spray bottle and took all the rust stain out of the rock. 1200 psi 4gpm to rinse off.

F9 Double Eagle is a good one but you can use any alkaline degreaser.
