Actually the one who will be winning the lawsuit is the tenant. You have to let a tenante know youre selling the house months in advance. Most states in the US require an entire year. This why I’m buying land and a expandable container house plus I got a vacation membership that let me rent condo style resorts all over the world I’m done with landlords paying for something that will never be yours an they kick yo ass out when they want to no good for me an if anybody reading this comment want to take vacations and cruises hit me up for more info
