Yesterday I took part in the 2019 Chicago marathon. It was my 88th marathon and my favourite by far. I’d like to say a massive thank you to the organisers, volunteers and supports but especially everyone involved in the Athletes With Disabilities program.

An incredible place. The family who run it are amazing.
After 900 years of shit from a bad neighbour the irish still enjoy life. They insist on enjoying themselves no matter what.music and words are wonderful even if you try to kill a language. It turns out that it is still beautiful.

Eric Bogle emigrated to Australia from Scotland when he was 25. Like many Aussies who have English, Irish and Scottish heritage..... the European history of this country was built on immigration. Unfortunately, the indigenous rightful owners of this land were treated badly by those who came from overseas.

It is located accross the road from the Pro Cathedral.Used to go for a pint in the 60's when it was named the "Maid of Erin",,then it changed ownership and operated as McGills in the late 60's.
