Hi there, My name is Susan. A a little bit about myself. This is my original channel I created on a whim, Why the name highroller777? well it's been an online handle I've used and chose it when I signed up for youtube years ago. I am a stay at home mom, I deal with anxiety issues that prevent me from working outside the home, I am going way outside my comfort zone by creating content of things that I like to do. My channel will be mainly cooking related, Basic cooking to teach not only my kids all my meals that I cook for them, But to also take some of the recipes online you see that pop up in your feeds and to recreate some of them to see how easy a new beginner cook can make. There will be other how to or miscellaneous videos that I make to show also how someone with no experience on working on things to fix.

Sage , poultry seasoning , s/ p that’s it. Just celery/ onion in broth 1 cup and 1/2 cup water in pan for 15 min. It will reduce. On high , then med high when done mix with 1/2 cup butter , a half cup or so of broth ( not too wet but moist) together with 5-6 cups seasoned croutons ( or dry bread in cubes) oven 350 - 45 - 1 hour. Cover for first half then uncover, stir a bit . I put in oven when turkey comes out. By the time it’s rested and sliced up , stuffing is done. Enjoy I’ve been making it that way for years! Never lasts long, lol

New subscriber! Did you know that it’s only a true shepherds pie if made with lam and when made with beef it’s a cottage pie? I fell in love with the Welsh black-faced mountain sheep and will never eat lamb so cottage pit it is and WOW I’m going to give yours a try.

I had this version of Shepherd's Pie years ago at a friend's house. I always hated the peas and carrots version. Thanks so much for sharing. Btw, I'm a "pepper" lover too!! My mother thinks I'm going to die of some "pepper" disease. Lol !!!

Sorry for this very late reply. I have just recently got into sourdough. Since my surgery I've been kneading dough by hand. But no I have yet to use the KA for whole wheat or sourdough. But I'm sure it can be done.
Thank you for this small batch loaf vid. This Southern boy loves you Yankee girls' accents, humor, and creativity. I bought a KitchrnAid mixer for my Yankee wife also. She had wanted one for decades and had been making 5-6 loaf batches since college. Her first KA use was a 5 loaf batch and the extra dough was made into apricot desert. Yummy.

I left mine too long and it was thickened so I put my jars in the microwave and it melted right up. Amazing ! Added the washing sodas and borax and used my blender. I’m trying this for the first time so it’s an ongoing process. If the borax and washing sodas are not fully dissolved and I need it heated I’m finding the microwave is great.
Make sure ambient temperature is at least 72 degrees. Yeast inside dough not like cold cold temperature. I will follow your recipe but I have to use bottled water since my tap is not good for drinking. Also I will leave yeast longer in the water. I want to see if that helps.

So I had the mobi c disk replacement in my neck and it’s been 3 weeks since the surgery and I’ve been getting lower back pain! Is this normal?
Hi, I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to answer that question, Everyone is different. I myself did not have low back pain. That will have to be a question with your DR. Sorry, Wishing you a speedy recovery

One thing I don't like is mushy bread stuffing. Alot of these recipes tell to cook until dry but not browned. I think your spices are right on the money so to speak. I know a lady who put Oregon in hers and another lady who put cloves yeah that taste awesome.

How do you get yours so airy? You didnt use any yeast and when I tried this, they always ended up doughy inside and not very crunchy outside

I am a home cook and I measure my stuff out like that all the time That sounds like a 6qt Kitchenaid mixer. They are notoriously loud. I have a 5 qt and a 7 qt and neither of them are that loud

This is the BEST tasting Bread and you really did display the Recipe to be easy understood! I broke my new mixer out of the box and and looked up a recipe and came across yours ! By dinner time we had fresh bread! It’s perfect! Thank you for doing this

Thank you for your videos! I just had the same surgery, having same issues with voice & swallowing. I'm at Day5 hoping the voice/swallow will get better soon.
