If it only has 1 white ink channel then its a waste of money. And whats the cost for a Replacement Print Head and Capping Station?

I have been communicating with your team via email for over a week to resolve the issues I am having with two printers, and I have yet to receive any solution. It is absurd that a company like Epson employs such unprofessional staff who seem indifferent to resolving customer issues. As a small business, it is extremely frustrating to be in this situation because Epson fails to address these problems promptly. This has caused me to disappoint my own customers, all because of Epson's lack of competent employees who do not care about the small businesses that contribute to making Epson a successful company. I do not understand why there is no phone number to handle urgent issues like this. You used to have one, and the service was excellent. I urgently need a resolution to this matter.

I am still somewhat an amateur printer, so please forgive this question if there is anyone that could possibly answer it. I really love the wall of photos behind the speaker. Can anyone tell me are those eight by tens or is it some other format? I would love to know what the size of the frame is. It looks like it could be a double mat. I just think that is such a professional looking look. I would love to have that in my home, I know it’s an amateur question but I really would appreciate anyone’s feedback on the size of the prints and frame. Thank you.

It would be very helpful if users could see the settings being used for Epson media but currently there is no way to see what's inside.

Epson printers are obviously state of the art. After a couple of years when I had to concentrate on other issues, such as way too much video work, I am getting back to serious still photography and printing. I am using a XP 8700. This is not a high end photo printer, but it will print DVDs which is why I bought it. I can deliver my videos via a good looking disk. And it gives me surprisingly good photo prints. So here is my complaint. Prints are by their nature “hands on”. That is what makes them special. I would love to talk with someone who could give me some “hands on” advice on using a higher end Epson printer. Here in the southeastern states I can talk with a Nikon specialist. I can talk with an Olympus, make that OM Systems, specialist. I regularly see the Apple guys. Canon, Sigma and HP have actual people available to share valuable information. Where are the Epson folks? Epson has great online resources, but I could really use some personal tips on the great new printers that are available. Prints make a hands on connection. Why can’t the company that excels at making prints provide a hands on connection to help people learn about their wonderful printers? If Epson has actual Epson people working in the Carolinas or Georgia I would love to know where they are. I’m seriously looking at a P series printer, but I would love to see one in action and ask a few questions. Cheers!

FYI - the word "media" is already a plural denoting more than one of some type of thing. Each singular instance of this type is a "medium". There ain't no such thing as pluralized "medias". Data, plural; datum, singular. Po-tay-toe, po-tah-toe. Etc. I like the papers, though. Cheers.

Yes absolutely, the peace I feel after a good print is hard to describe. That beach portrait, I like the one with the blue tones, perhaps the other one would look even better had there been a low horizon sun but thats just me since you asked. Both are fantastic though.
