Make sure they’re connected to your iPhone. Charge them and the case to 100%. As long as they’re in range of your phone, they’ll update.

Go to your privacy and security settings and go to the update section and confirm your Google plays system updates are current.

Honestly that has always been like that, the charging doesn’t stop at all.

Yes, the pods themselves will stay charged while in the case. This will cause the case battery life to lower and be recharged days later.

Technically, once it reaches closer to 80%, either go to an Apple Store and have the battery swapped or upgrade your phone.

You should be able to get a day’s worth of battery life with no WiFi. Of course, this depends on your usage too

The camera will always drain battery. Even cameras themselves drain battery fast. Glad I could assist!

I've noticed noticed or been told that. Have you tried turning on the voice prioritization feature while on call? It's similar to clear calling.

@@Micah-Woods Hey Micah, thanks man. No, Samsung didn't tell me anything about Voice Prioritization? How do I do that? I tried to Google it, but came up empty. I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation to say the least.

@Jayson90210 so, when on a call, swipe down on your quick settings. You'll see mic mode right above the wifi quick toggle. Toggle the mic mode to focus on voice. Now this may only work to help focus on their voice. But, depending on who you're calling, if they have a Samsung device, thisnoption is available to them most likely. I think Apple even has a similar mode while on call as well. Google also has clear calling.

Hey Micah, Ugh, just typed out a long response, and it disappeared and wouldn't post. Thanks for the microphone tip, however it didn't help. I appreciate it. Just a quick update comma since I spoke with Samsung and Did A bunch of Tweaks To the phone Things have gotten worse. In addition to the insane knocking I now have marbles in a can sound that makes calling almost impossible. I had to undo everything Samsung did just to send a text message and receive a call. 11 calls to T-Mobile tect support and no resolution or even a promised callback.they were supposed to send me a new phone, but that went away. My next step unfortunately now because of my frustration is to take everything back to Costco, get all my money back and jump on with Verizon and a different phone??! It's almost a brick at this point. I appreciate your time and effort to try to help me!! Take care!

Ah! I do agree on the G3 chip though. It gets warm quick and is a bit draggy.

I had a Pixel 4a that got way too hot for no reason. That had a Snap Dragon chip so who knows... But I told myself I will not get another Pixel until they fix the heat issue. From what I gather from some reviews I guess the 8a still gets toasty.
