Great showing/presentation, thanks for posting!!! A beautiful home. The 1st room is a decent size to function as a formal living room or ofc. The formal dining room is exquisite and the renovated kitchen is on point.(The only thing I would switch is the staircase's railing)....I like that you can access the 2nd floor from the front or rear of the home. All the bedrooms are an adequate size. (I am not impressed with the Primary bedroom as I prefer a sitting room at the price point and his/her wardrobe but the renovated master bath is very attractive. Even with the cons this home is a keeper, but not at the current asking price. However, if we could come to terms related to the asking price, it works. In spite of my critiques, this home will not be on the market long. again, thanks for posting.

Basement looks like my old church basement room meant for bible study.

On properties like this, banks don't usually consider the garage(s) as part of the square footage. Do you add or omit those spaces?

Beautiful home with both pros and cons,likes and dislikes. I like that this home is brick especially in the back as the backyard is a good size . 2) I have heard that Marietta is a nice area and seems to be true in this video. 3) Inside structure of home is good , looks roomy , inviting but yet relaxing. 4)Reasonable asking price. My personal preference cons are 1) Homes are too close 2) No deck nor finished basement which both are must have . 3) Small bedrooms and closet space. 4) No pool . Viewed another home on this channel, which I don't recall the city but was saved to my email. That home featured a backyard oasis with a pool and sauna as I enjoyed listening to the sound of the tranquil water. That home was in the same price range as this home. I suppose the location makes the differences .

This is a very nice home but I do think it’s overpriced. The details are nice but nothing worth over $1,000,000. Maybe if it had a full, finished basement that would help.

I regret not buying a house 5 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta prices seemed more reasonable then, now everything seems out of reach and inflated not to mention interest rates.

This home is simply magnificent. This homes speaks, " I made it , thank God almighty I made it. " Initial when I saw the outside of this home, in this neighborhood I honestly thought this home is out of my range as I started not to continue watching this video for that reason but since this home is so beautiful I continued on. I am so glad I did because upon completion of this video ,I viewed the price and I'm pleasantly amazed that this home is within my price range 😅. I am doing a happy dance in my head right now 💃.
