AzTAP is Arizona’s Assistive Technology Act Program. Since Arizona’s Governor has designated Northern Arizona University as the lead agency for the program, we are a part of the Institute for Human Development at Northern Arizona University. While our office is located in central Phoenix, our services are available statewide and our staff regularly travels to all regions of the state.

Ive been using the right handed controller for close to 2 years and its mind blowing.FPS are simple now and all the other games are so much simpler and much more fun to play as well.I now use this Ps4 right handed controller with my Ps 4 pro and on my Ps5 for any Ps4 games on my Ps5.This rocks! Love it ♥ ♥ ♥ There is a very small learning curve when you initionally start using this controller but you will swing past this before you know it and never look back.

This is so awesome! I've been quadriplegic for 23 1/2 years and I've never had anything like this. Well, years ago I found an adapter called an "Eagle Eye" that allowed me to use a wireless keyboard as a PS3 controller and I made some little pointers out of 1/4" stainless steel tubing and stylus tips that were made for a phone, I bent the tubing into a 90° angle so it came out of my arm brace and the stylus tips pointed down so I could push the keys on the keyboard. But it was very limited and I could only play driving games. Now that I've been quadriplegic for so many years and stuck in bed a lot my arms are very weak and I'm having a lot more problems. One of these who would be absolutely wonderful! But it's very depressing because I know it would be absolutely useless because I live in a nursing home and my caregivers never have time to do anything except necessary care. I'd get to use it occasionally when my family was visiting right when I'm not playing games, when I'm visiting with them. The rest of the boring lonely time when I needed it nobody would have time to set it up. And if I kept asking and insisting that they did it wouldn't take long before the administration issued me a 30 day notice to find somewhere else to live. They would claim "we are unable to meet your needs." Ohhhhh... I hate living in a nursing home! It would be so wonderful to be able to live in my own home or with family and have private caregivers. Anyone that is quadriplegic and has that should be extremely thankful! I've lived in nursing homes for 23 1/2 years... It's no fun at all! :-( Thanks for a great and very informative video!

Love demonstration videos like this with the Quad Stick, I have been fascinated by this piece of equipment since its inception, but there are painfully few good videos showing it in action playing different games.

Hi! So I wouldn't recommend pursuing a one handed controller for a short-term injury because the process to set up a new controller and ship one out would only leave you with a short amount of time to use it before your arm is healed. You could try co-pilot mode to use an Xbox Adaptive Controller (XAC) to use switches to hit your buttons you can't utilize with the Left hand. But again would require you to purchase the XAC and any adapters.
can you make a video to set up a quad stick from PS4 to Nintendo Switch ?
Hi Maria, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Are you referring to changing to the settings in Quad Manager to use the QuadStick on the Nintendo Switch?

Hi there, as far as I can find there is not a Bluetooth/wireless connection option for the QuadStick to connect to PC for Quad Manager at this time.

Hi! That is something we are currently trialing! It depends on what type of electric wheelchair you have but the Freedom Wing Adapter uses the Xbox Adaptive Controller to connect a wheelchair joystick to use for gaming. I have the quadstick and a PS4 but I can't get a lot of the configurations to work correctly

@@arizonatechnologyaccesspro1480 Yes I would love some help. I Don't think it's the programming it's just some of the controls or inputs are not working. Also right now I had to get rid of my PlayStation 4 but I do have my PlayStation 5 I'm not sure if that will work or not

Thanks for your comment and patience for a response. I believe you are referring to the D-Pad buttons on the R hand adapted controller featured in this video. I do not believe the L side D-Pad buttons are accessible to the R hand on this controller. It is my understanding that the D-Pad buttons are not used that often in game play; but, if you need them to be accessible then Evil Controllers can custom design and construct a controller with those made accessible to the R hand or you can look at other one handed controller gaming options. You're half right about not needing an adapter for PC. But if you wanna play game consoles using "Parsec" you need a Titan 1 or 2 or cronusmax or zen. If you wanna do remote play using Nintendo switch. You need a Titan 1 to catch button inputs on parsec using the "Max Aim DI" feature. It's the reason I bought a Titan 1 for PC. So I catch other peoples inputs on my PC to passthrough to the game console.
