This is an exercise to help marching tenor players achieve better accuracy on their sweeps and crossovers. Play at all speeds. Start slow. The slower the better. LMHS Drumline Cadence Drumline / A Milli [Sheet music in the description]

This cadence was created / adapted somewhere around 2011-2012. The cadences drumline and a milli were always played consecutively so it was considered one cadence for us. The first half comes from the movie "drumline" and the second cadence is from the Lil Wayne song "a milli". Neither should ever be swung. @@mia-ul4oujust try. At my high school, we were using the drums that were there since 1999. All the quads the snares and bass drums. Yea sure they were beat up but they still played and sounded good. We got new drums so we gave the older ones to our middle school

If I remember right, the drum tech at the time more or less banned us from playing this one. Specifically because he was also the drum tech for Seminole and showed them a lot of favoritism. Nice to see it resurrected. You did a really fantastic job. Thanks Randy.
I remember being in lunch one random Friday and the drum line would come out and play - this is one cadence I remember *vividly.* Like, no lie, hearing this took me back to 2013. EDIT: Class of 2014 alum here.

I found anime Dolfan at the beginning of 2020. I've been a fan ever since. My knowledge of football has taken huge strides because of his channel! This was a great episode and really informative because of the Boston coach and the scheme they run. I'm trying to learn all I can about zone blocking schemes! There are opportunities for the Dolphins to exploit picking late in the draft? One idea with the 29th pick is to draft the perfect TE for a Mcdaniel offense. Trey Mcbride is Kittle 2.0! He blocks like Gronk and runs really good routes! In my opinion he's TE1 and won't fall past the Jets at 38. So drafting him at 29 is probably the only way we get him? Mcdaniel will love him and we can spend the Gesicki money somewhere else! Great work guys and Phins Up 🐬
I’m also a fan of Tre McBride, not sure if I’d take him that early but I love his blocking ability.
Thank you by the way, but i also really like trey McBride, but idk about spending a first on a tight end when we need offensive lineman so bad. Plus even if we dont keep Mike, we still have hunter long, cethan Carter, and Adam shaheen on the roster.
@@animedolfan8072 All good points, but if he's as good as I believe him to be, we have a difference maker for 10 years! Look what Gronk did for Brady and the Patriots! Look what Kelsey and Kittle do for their teams! Mcbride will be great in the passing game. And even more important for me, the run game can become elite with a dual threat TE that can engage DT/DE and win! He's worth the 29th pick? Knowing what we know now, would you have drafted Kittle or Gronkowski at pick 29? Got to find both our tackles in FA though. And another interior O linemen would hurt either! 🐬
