Had a blast on this cook! I love Kababs but sometimes the family is waiting for dinner so you gotta cut some corners. (Plus I was all out of Kabab sticks 🤦‍♂️)
But this deconstructed method worked great and everybody loved them.
The secret ingredient on this one is that @biguncbbqrubs Bad Bully seasoning! It’s amazing and hits so many different flavor tones!

Got everything sliced up with that world famous @kendrick_bbq and @messermeister collab knife. It’s honestly the best in the game! Period!✊
Cooked it all on my @traegergrills Flatrock for that cast iron sear and flavor.
