Our first fully electric vehicle was delivered in 2017. The vehicle was part of a Spanish program to accelerate the energy transition from diesel to ultra-low emission vehicles. This vehicle was a 19t Geesink refuse collection vehicle. Since then, we have delivered several fully electric RCVs from 12 to 26t, allowing customers to choose the configuration most suited to their operational needs.
Kiggen solution for Sitom Sud Rhône

Geesinknorba has installed five Kiggen compactors at the “De Saint Laurent d´Agny” municipal waste collection station in Sitom Sud Rhône in France. These PD745 compactors have a 22.5 m³ press container and are suitable for collecting all types of waste and recyclable materials.

So how much of the compaction is done by the hopper clearing mechanism (the parts colored in yellow and orange in this video) and how much of the compaction is done by the piece colored in red in this video please?
Judging by the axle configuration I'd say it's a 26 tonne refuse collection vehicle which holds around 10.2 tonnes to 11 tonnes. Overall when fully loaded it would weight legally 26 tonnes. Hope this helps

@Suzanne Lucassen daarom heet het een perswagen die blijft nog wel een tijdje door persen Vooral als je het oudere type vuilniswagen van dit merk hebt zat geen beveiliging op en bleef gewoon door persen en persen en persen je perste er zo tussen de 7 en 10 TON meer in dan deze Maar hier kan nog genoeg bij in geperst worden hoor
Waarom heeft oudere wagen geen beveiliging systeem op
