A good way to beat campaign 1 is to sell all the equipment in the hospital and bulldoze the building. Then clear the loan 😅

Well, quite a lot of things have happened since the airing of this playthrough, that's for sure. For one, heart-rate monitors can now be placed above beds in the Ward. (It still baffles me why that wasn't the case originally, because that just doesn't make any sense) Furthermore, as far as notable things go, there is this option in the hospital policy tab where you can order your staff to send patients directly for treatment when the required diagnosis quota has been met, skipping the trip to the GP office beforehand. Really helps with cutting down on those queues. :) There's likely to be many more changes than these, of course. But hey, we're looking at a 5 year old playthrough, of course things have changed in the meantime. :)

So i know these videos are over 6 years old, but i feel compelled to tell you that black mark you get for the machines breaking down is a glitch. It first shows up once a machine blows up, but continues to reoccur every year in review. It is supposed to go away, but it's a bug. You're not shite at it. The game is just buggy sometimes

I just came across this channel. Can you tell me what to do about patients in the waiting room and especially on the ward being bored? I once had an "entertained" patient without knowing why, but in most cases the patients get bored when lying in bed. They seem to ignore the TV and the bookcase and they don't listen to the radio

I tried following the tutorial but I’m not sure if something was patched but I accessed the player record in my save data and it doesn’t list any essences and says at the top that this file should only contain the definition of the player. I’m not sure if anyone here experienced this as well but unfortunately I’m unable to add any essences :(

Also, was I the only one thinking that Sandra and Rhonda could be sisters? 😁 How funny that her description states that she hates sleeping, yet the first thing you can see when you go to her place is her sleeping 😂
