Hello all, I am a photographer and videographer from Western Wisconsin. Some of the items I capture are severe storms, tornadoes, northern lights(Auroras), winter storms, and anything nature related. I am also a commercial drone pilot and have been focusing on real estate and construction photos and videos. My style tends to be more natural looking style, which means I am trying to reproduce what I see as much as possible. I am not really into doctoring up my photos and videos to make them pop more. Mississippi River cresting with very high levels especially for July! Campgrounds closed due to flooding, roads under water, houses are flooding. Very unusual for July when water levels are usually much much lower.

Almost bought a house in La crosse , if your in the valley you really want to live on the high ground .🎉
My wife and I stayed at the Trempeleau Inn on the River about 15 years ago. Great location for watching the Mississippi River and its barge traffic and for railfanning the busy BNSF. I remember having a discussion with the lock keeper at Lock 6 about the relevant economics of moving grain from Winona southwards by barge (his favorite) or by unit train (my favorite) - we agreed to disagree! Further downriver, Fort Madison, Iowa is also a great spot.
Beautiful house. If I win the lottery tonight, I'm there.

Was sad to see so many affected
sorry, but I'd have to say this is nothing compared to the two biggest storms in Duluth's history. the Halloween Blizzard in 1991, and the major floods that killed the barn animals in the zoo in 2012.
This was shot for national media, not as the worst of type video. The winds were still pretty impressive in the 50-70mph sustained in the evening and created lots of unassailable roads. So still an impressive event, even if not a top event.

What time was your camera set to?
It was an hour behind. As we sprung ahead. So instead of being around 7pm is said 6pm.
A GPS/date time stamp. You’re a rarity. No tornado video should be without. Double check for exact time.
That is 1 hour off as I didn't adjust for daylight savings time
@@williamkranski I believe the tornado was nearly spent when you filmed it at the parking lot. That’s why time stamps are important. Thanks. By the way I’m originally from Knoxville, TN. Now in Seattle, WA. No tornados - just earthquakes.

Was actually a high end ef1 with wind speed rated at 110mph. Damaged a house pretty good
