Confirming fit and finish in Honda’s have been declining for decades. Passport is a good example, especially panels and moldings (and any plastic externally).

I've been an enthusiastic Panera customer since 1999 or 2000. They've gone to Hell. Prices have increased by 30, 50 and even 100%! I joined the SIP club at $8.99. When I was going to be out of the US for 4 months, I looked to suspend the subscription for the duration. No option for that. So I cancelled to rejoin when I returned. By the time I got back the price became $13! I signed up anyway. All of a sudden, they started tapping my card a day or two earlier each month. I wrote them and got weird AI-type responses that only half-related to what I wrote to them about. When my card was expiring previous to the beginning month billing date, I waited to see what they'd do. A full six days in advance of the billing date, I got email telling my they couldn't bill my billing method. I wrote back about this chiseling via the billing date. The response was again not related to what I wrote about. I let it slide, let my SIP be cancelled and reduced my visits and purchases at Panera. Then came an email offering 3-months of free SIP club and allowed me to choose my payment method for after the freebie period ended. They offered that could be by their gift cards, which I have a few. So I accepted and entered the details for the gift card. As the date approached, I was going to cancel, but "mysteriously" I got an error message each time I tried to login to my Panera account. Again I wrote them about that and got responses that didn't really relate to what I wrote about. Then they offered up a "half-price $7.50 per month" for 3-months. I wrote them to tell them that I would avail myself of that, but I couldn't since I couldn't login to my account to make it happen. Again I got some nonsense response telling me to delete my "browser history". I told them I wouldn't and expected that the worst that would happen is they'd tap the gift card for a month at the now almost $16 per month rate. Nope. They managed to tap my original bank card without the current CVV security number or expiration date for $15+ despite a complaint in progress about not being about my not being able to access my account to effectuate the $7.50 per month offered they emailed to me. I wrote back that they were not authorized to tap my bank card and I wanted a refund for that. I got a stock letter back that appears like this is some sort of scam they are pulling on a lot of customers. Part of it says they don't do refunds, but they will give me this $20 credit on my account for one purchase on one day and that they've cancelled my SIP Club. I don't trust Panera anymore. I think I'm going to have to cancel my bank card as the bank tells me that once you sign up with these subscription schemes, the place you subscribe to can come back and go on draining your account until you can effectuate the cancellation via their site. You can guess I've pretty well had it with Panera. A piddley $20 meal is definitely not going to bring me back. I regret telling both friends and strangers about the SIP Club. I will make every effort to spread the word to warn them of the scam and to get out before they get suckered for even more.

I like McDonald’s coffee. I do get a smooth nutty flavor out of it. I did try the boxed McCafé coffee, wasn’t good to me, even though I use purified water. Still searching for the right coffee bean to grind. Tried many!

You should be worried about recall 203 (piston oil rings). My 2019 engine blew because of the bad oil rings and since I had the recall completed they are NOT replacing the engine, if I hadn't had the recall completed, they would replace my engine for free.

I am seriously considering a 2025 (curent gen) Trailsport. The Pilot is too big for us. Torn between current gen and waiting for the new one (will be a 2026) to come out. The new DOHC is untested and it will take a good 2-3 years for Honda to get the kinks worked out (I'm still hearing about issues with the new Pilot). That being said, my biggest concern about the current gen is road noise since it purportedly has less sound dampening that the other more updated Honda offerings. Can you comment on road noise and perhaps how it stacks up with the competition?

All the positives I agree, all the negatives I agree with some. MPG it’s a V6 not a turbo 4. I’m okay with it. Towing is great. A 2.0T can’t tow that much. 4 adults and one Hobbit in the seats. We are an Audi family so fit and finish drives me nuts but the dogs ride in this so I’m ok. I have 2024 Blk Edition If I wanted an off roader I would have gone to a Forerunner. Great car, lots of room and a V6 with no CVT. Wife and I and 2 weens. Don’t need three rows at all!

I used to have a 2022 Honda Passport Elite, which I traded in for a different car, but since I really missed the Passport and its utility, I went a bought a 2024 Passport Trail-sport. It now has a little over 1000 miles on it, and I have been really happy with it thus far. The break-in mileage until 600miles, was expectedly poor (20.5) since I was continuously varying the engine speeds, and never allowing it to settle down to a constant speed. But since then, in a mostly highway trip, the average is now at 25.6mpg, which is higher than what the EPA states. As soon as I get into the car, I switch off the engine start/stop, since it is just an irritating feature. I am confident, that in a steady highway trip over a really long distance, the mileage should be around 27-28mpg, as was the case with my 2022 Passport. And fully loaded up, it should drop to around 24-25mpg, which I am fine with.

14:40 for removing unwanted audio on a video ontop of your OG video you can also just simply right click on the video and at the top is an option that says unlink video from audio then you can delete the audio off the video instead of leaving it there muted. This helps heaps for making larger videos and saving resources. As the more video and sound you use while editing the more it slows down the process and the more it has to have cached to export the video. The less you have cached the better as if you have a ton of muted sound on the video you are wasting cache space. You would be surprised how quick a 20 minute 1080p video can take up 300gb of cache files on your PC and in the app during editing and bog your PC down.

The problem I have with Wide Awake coffee pods is the pod filter. It makes all of their coffee from these pods taste like the filter paper. Not good.

Just got mine last week in Canada the trailsport has heated seat in the back and a complete controle for ac / heat in the back console. Went from a cr-v to this and we love it. Love the V6 and the power it brings. Cr-v had a 1.5 turbo so it's a big difference.
