The Cloak should be one to one! I feel Blizz Lied about the Cloak.! Also how the Cloak would make you the strongest when it is the Gear upgrade that does.

My honest opinion is: Who cares... Yeah yeah i know is not a popular opinion but... lets name facts: 1 - Is a shot duration event 2 - Whatever power you did grind for the event is gonna be gone once is done. You character will be a regular character, your gear scaled down to 454 if u were higher, the gems will no longer work, probably will even get deleted. 3 - The only real reazon for this event is to grind cosmetics and most of them you can grind them outside of the event so the real goal is to get the unique appearances of this event. Who cares if some people are broken or not... What realy matters in the end is if the people that wanted to get the cosmetics have time to do so. And they do btw. Let me explain this. Im an OG. I been playing since 2004. All the mop cosmetics... i have them... every toy, every mount from every raid boss, world boss, achievement... i have them all... So i am just grinding bronze to buy the ensambles that are recolors from the TP and the ensambles that were unavaliable till now from the shadowpan apperances... I don't give a F about having 12 million hp and being able to solo the raids because... i can do that in retail... and that power you earned in Remix, will be gone in 2 months... So i ain't grinding nor bothering with upgrades just so they all get tAken away at the end of this event. That is plain stupid.... And the people that do care and have done so? Good for them, they having fun... My advice? Do not kill youself grinding for power that will last 2 months. There you go.

They'll fix it right around Day 30 and again around Day 60 to try to retain the people who re-subbed just for Remix.

As someone who didn't farm frogs I found that the cloak really wasn't the true power gain in the long run. I started leveling my gear and the amount of stats ramped up rapidly. I was able to do more and more harder content which also helped raise my cloak stats. Just go to the vendor who upgrades gear and look at the stats on the weapon when is maxed out. Then do the same on the other slots. Yeah it was a lot of bronze, but doing higher content the bronze does come more rapidly. Also, getting more and more threads along the way. One thing people need to know is WAIT to hit 70 before upgrading gear. The base ilevel for all gear (uncommon, rare and epic) at 70 is 346. Then upgrade the gear (uncommon, rare and epic) eventually doing heroic raids you will start to get epic drops and the upgrades from 346 rare to the current ilevel of that slot is really not that bad in bronze.

have people that watch you recommend it to asmondgold he would be intrigued by the notion it would also get you beyond the 2.5k views. also, as a suggestion try and make your videos closer to 10 min per video. it gets recommended in the algorithm more that way.

From the start I have expected them buff the bronze as the event gets closer to the end. I expect by the final week you'll be getting 100x or more than you are today. Ppl need to relax. It's just a transmog, toy, and mount farm, and the developers want to keep ppl engaged until the end of the event if they buff it now, then the no lifers will finish sooner and it'll be harder for the casual ppl to get into groups because there will be fewer carries.

How is it an exploit if they are mobs out in the open, spawning how the devs decided, dropping what the devs decided? They hold the bag, it's their game. If they didn't want frogs to drop charms on sunday late afternoon, they had YEARS to change that before launch. If they wanted a lower charms to bronze conversion rate, similarly, they had months to choose the numbers. There's no excuse for them "not knowing" 72 hours earlier, then "changing their minds" 72 hours later and framing players like it's the players who did something wrong. And many people bought it. I'm endlessly surprised at how part of the community is always ready to embrace Blizzard apologetics.

As for fast leveling, I noticed how small the XP buff is if you level through dungeons (140-150% at level 60), versus how disproportionately huge it is if you level through raids (500-600% at 60). That's just, come on...

i don't know if anyone took the survey asking our opinions on the event , one of the things they focused on asking was would I be interested in other expansions being done like this..something to that effect, my answer was NO..never..never ever do this to Legion or any other expansion again...ever.

What's even the point isn't the hardest content Heroic raids lol. not even like Torment Dungeons/ raids (like Diablo). i feel if you don't care about Transmog /mounts i don't really see even a point to playing this mode

on the other hand we cannot demand having the whole cake by investing as little time as possible. At some point u have to make compromises.

People will get plenty strong in this event, people will be able to gear up over the next 3 month

blizzard have a matrix spreadsheet of how they expect players to progress during the event; and they are tweeking the game so they can say "hey look our predictions were spot on". You don't get the power when you want it; you get the power when the spreadsheet says it's time to have the power. I've been making my new alts on retail; I've given up on MoP it's not what they promised it would be.

I think Preach put it the best in his video about Remix, "MoP remix has highlighted blizzard's in ability to pivot and adapt when unforeseen things happen, they have a set path to go from point A to point B and when things happen to divert that path, they do everything they can to get it back on that path, even if its to the detriment of the players, instead of adapting to the new path the players have put them on"

It will be like blunderstorm, wait until a bunch of people burn out and start to drop off, then double the rewards to bring people back in, terrible design practices

Lets not blame the developers everytime something happens we do not like, they are just worker drones doing whatever they are told to do. Blame the people higher up the food chain, the ones that make these decisions.

Make the main game loop as profitable as the hyperspawn farms, it's not that hard to fix but they just want to artificialy extend the relevancy of the event to last the 3 months, wich is simply impossible.

Extremely specific point, springboarding off of your comment about intentional breakage. The Bronze Buff, will come.. but only if and when the daily log/player count drops. It is being held in reserve, for the middle to end of the time-frame in order to keep steady daily player counts. Now, again, this goes back to decisions made, not because of gameplay, not because of fun, not because the players want it or don't want it.. but decisions made purely for being tools to show in meeting at the C-level to get funding or convince the C-level that "remixes" are a good idea. It is a classic problem of the gameplay being overridden by other concerns. The devs may even WANT to fix this. But the management level has to show something to the C-suits... and that is their guiding star. Not fun, not gameplay, not what devs can or cannot do or what players want.. but simply a means to show something to the C-suits so you can get more funding or, at the least, keep them off your back. Right now, the player counts look good.. so.. no fix. If they drop, they will fix it. Their hope is to show consistent number across the entire limited time period. Easy bronze later on.. is a tool held in reserves to pump up the numbers towards close or to counter a middle slump. So, no, they don't care about "us" as players.. only as numbers to sell to people who hold the purse strings.

The next time players ask for more content, better lore, new mechanics, just give them frogs to kill! Or to improve the leveling system for new players, just give them a 2nd account! This is ridiculous. "How to break the game" seems to be the only thing most streamers can come up.

It's not too high of a cost, but it is too much of a jump in cost from 300 per piece to 5k. Simple scaling should be an incline on a graph, or a curve. This fix only stratifies player who use hyperfarms, while they break hyperfarms as they find them.

Imagine if was way easy to get crazy good raid gear. Then imajine all the people who played dragonflight who had gotten real cool raid gear being pushed aside by people who have just come in for this event. The bronze upgrades in retail are not easy to get gear why should it be different in mop remix? Then if it was Imagine the sheee show that would follow.

Foir me, leveling is fine. its stronger then when I was leveling in retail. What I want is bronze improvements. I don't give a rats ass about leveling.

Of course, nothing new.. that reminds me of the early shadowlands conduit energy fiasco, they "strongly" disagree with the community, supporting an idea that's obviously flawed, then cave in later down the road saying you know what let's give the players what they want. It's a trainwreck, and unfortunately, every event they do no matter how much potential it has, is overshadowed by their stupidity, and unwillingness to act on the spot and give the community what it wants. Like, it's not hard, if you want more engagement, listen to feedback and implement changes accordingly. It's as if they want to give a temporary "fight" with their players, only to cave in and make changes too late down the road, which is meaningless and harmful for the game.. Leveling a new character and taking my time to read the quest texts was an absolute game changer for me. It made me appreciate how great the Cataclysm zones were, especially.

The point is that I want to play a game. There is no point in just standing in the raid. Zero enjoyment. Im not playing for loot or bronze, they ruin it. I quit the raid when I see a frogger.

While I appreciate that Blizzard "tried" to compensate us for Bronze, I feel like they should have just kept the "exploit" but nerfed it by half or something so people can still catch up to the people that did frog farm initially. Or they should have just kept it. They knew about it on PTR, it was in fact reported, and Blizzard chose to ignore it and add it to live.

Just started my first Alt in remix. Yeah its faster leveling, but doesn't really feel "overpowered". The cloak stats for alts could really be set a little higher IMO. Oh well.

Mop remix should have been more like d3, fast as hell leveling, and a bunch of killing with loot explosions. Needed to be fun not so grindy

From the way Blizzard advertised this event I thought we’d all be intended to have frogger power making a total mockery of the game. Not grinding 10 hours a day for messily upgrades to enjoy the last week or two of the event.

Frog farming is in no way an exploit. You have to be special to think it is. I haven't played remix but when they announced it the literal first thing I thought of was people are going to frog farm. It was a thing since they dropped useful currency. The fact Blizzard overlooked it says a lot about Blizzard more than anything. Have they even played their own game for more than a few hours in current content?
