Quest bars should only be medically or prescribed by a dietitian (its on the label)it upsets the gastric systems as it uses an unsafe combination of artificial (chemical sweeteners). All of them suck.

you kind of prove the first was was the correct way... the bar was just too light... the second pull, you pulled forward for your shoulder to meet the bar. as the bar gets heavier you will fail that clean 100% of the time using the second demo.

It would be nice to see this movement with someone that is lacking the front rack mobility. Your mobility is great. How does this look/work with someone that has problems. What is the progression from super limited mobility to average or good mobility. Just my 2 cents.
This is what I always want. Everyone who tried to help with mobility is already very mobile. Usually never realizing how tight people can really be. I have insomnia and fibromyalgia, so everyday my body totally goes back to super tight. I’ve had to figure out my own way. But this video actually is helpful for me. Good luck!
