Good job RJ. But I would like to highlight one nuance about critical path. You are right that critical path is not always compilation of zero float activities due to irrelevant constraints. On the other hand you are wrong that Critical Path is Longest Path. Your longest path might have some float for some reason (finishing the project earlier than due date or activities with plenty of float are involved in longest path network etc.)
A time imoact analysis can be even prospettive since the delay event is still in progress and affecting the critical path. This method can be both
