Easy Fix... Retractable Hose Leak.
In this video I share how I fixed my retractable hose leak , easily and affordably. I bought a TheFitLife expandable hose 3 years ago. I recently noticed a leak ! it was coming from the hose end closest to the hose bib. I was able to fix this leak with a few tools and a brass female hose end/adaptor and small clamp.
hope this helps.

    I transplanted sumac to my garden, and they've grown well. The plants flowered, but didn't produce the beautiful red berries. It turns out, Sumac needs both male and female plants, and only the female produces berries. So if you're trying to establish them from transplants, make sure to use plants that are already fruiting, plus a couple that have no fruit, to make sure you get both male and female.

    • @suzyrebelo
      @suzyrebelo Před 6 dny

      @@kerihugh9490 Hi there, it shouldn't leave white residue..the solution should look transparent when cooking it so the starch is fully dissolved. You could try rewarming the solution, add a couple of tablespoons of water to dilute and to further dissolve it, cool, then spray...or try adding a bit of cool water to your existing solution and shake really well before using it. Test it on black fabric to make sure it doesnt leave a white residue hope this helps!

    • @suzyrebelo
      @suzyrebelo Před 12 dny

      You’re absolutely right. Any water in oil will create a perfect environment to create mold. The herbs should be dry. The alcohol evaporates , preserves and opens up the herbs to release benefits. I believe trained herbalists infuse with fresh herbs but it’s a different technique which timing is crucial. I’m not familiar with that technique which is why I only use dried herbs. Thanks for sharing this and thanks for watching. I hope this helps relieve some pain and discomfort.

    Hi, just found your channel! I have made cayenne salve for a while ( I am inte of those that doesnt feel the heat..), but haven't tried the alcohol variant yet. I have looked for it, though! So glad I found it! I wonder: Do the alcohol method work for any herbs (the same way and amounts?)? When I makesalves I replace a little of the bees wax with some cetyl alcohol that makes the salve less greasy. Any thoughts on that? And adding some ginger to the salve might be helpful too. I use both in my cayenne salve. I also replace a tiny bit if the oil for some castor oil. It has some pain-relieving properties. I put some in all my salves. Any thoughts on that? Thanks for a great video! 🙏 Love and light!

    • @suzyrebelo
      @suzyrebelo Před 25 dny

      Hi there. As far as I know , the alcohol method works for many dried herbs. It speeds up the process of infusion However, there are some herbs that require additional time to steep or infuse. It depends on the herb being used, I don’t have a list to refer to. I haven’t used very alcohol, I’ll have to look into that. I think it’s great that you have the knowledge to add other oils. It’s a matter of experimenting to see how it absorbs, heals, feels etc…. Thanks for taking the time to share this. I appreciate you watching this video 🙏
