Ganz lieben Dank für die Ausführungen an Nils Winkler und Prof. Dr. Stark. Es hat mir viel klar gemacht und ich habe mich wieder gefunden. Denn seit 2 1/2 Jahren leide ich an Post-COVID mit ME/CFS, bin „Gott sei Dank“ berentet. Bei mir wurde deutlich „Small Fibre“-Neuropathie im Klinikum Chemnitz durch Fr. OÄ Friedrich nachgewiesen durch Stanzbiopsie. Und im „Bruckmooser-Institut“ in Dresden der überaktivierte Symphatikus und der nicht ausgleichende Parasymphatikus (privat bezahlt). Ich könnte durch Long-COVID fast nichts mehr, habe nur noch vor mich hin vegetiert. Nun ist es etwas besser ☺️. Aber ich bin ständig auf der Suche nach Besserung der Situation. Das Interview hat mir viel geholfen👍. Vielen Dank 🙌🏻🫶🏻 für das Engagement an beide !

Danke. Die Ausbildung der Ärzte sollte grundsätzlich verändert werden. Das aktuelle Studium vermittelt in wenigen Monaten der Promotion (Dr. Titel) nicht mal ansatzweise wie RICHTIGE Forschung funktioniert. Fragt bei Biochemikern oder Ingenieuren nach, bei denen die Promotion 3 bis 5 Jahre dauert. Die gewöhnlichen Ärzte sollten wie bisher studieren. Die forschenden Ärzte sollten anders ausgebildet werden.

Mein Schmerzarzt ( Anästhesist) versucht gerade zusammen mit einem Neurologen in Wien, einen Biomaarker zu finden. Ich leide jetzt seit 25 Jahren an ME CSF und einziger Biomarker könnte sein, das sich die igg im Blutbild verändern. Small Fibre habe ich keines, es wurden 2 Hautproben entnommen. Danke das sie versuche Menschen mit ME CSF zu helfen 🙏🏻

habe auch noch starke Symptome,,, gibt es Erfahrungen bezüglich starkem e-smog, Wasseradern,,, und Schimmelpilz bow Wohngifte ?

Ich wäre als Betroffene sofort zur Zusammenarbeit bereit. Allein meine Erfahrungen als rechtliche Betreuerin helfen mir sehr im Umgang mit Behörden und ich könnte mich sicher auch zügig in die Thematik "Therapien finanziert durch Stiftungen" einarbeiten. Die Behindertenausweise in meiner Umgebung gehen zum größten Teil auf die von mir gestellten Anträge zurück.

Hier stieß er auf Patienten mit Symptomen, die nicht typischen psychiatrischen Störungen entsprachen, was sein Interesse an weiteren Ursachen weckte. * Fallstudie: Stark erzählt von einem Fall, bei dem die unerklärlichen Symptome eines Patienten schließlich auf den Kontakt mit phosphorhaltigen Pflanzenschutzmitteln in einer Gärtnerei zurückgeführt wurden. * Fokuswechsel: Diese Erfahrung führte dazu, dass Stark sich auf Patienten mit ME/CFS spezialisierte, wobei er die physische Grundlage ihrer Symptome anerkannte und sich für deren angemessene Behandlung und Verständnis einsetzte. * Forschung und Diagnose: Stark diskutiert den Einsatz von funktionellen MRTs (fMRT) und anderen diagnostischen Werkzeugen zur Visualisierung und zum Verständnis der neurologischen und physiologischen Veränderungen bei ME/CFS-Patienten. * Behandlungsansätze: Er hebt die Bedeutung der Regulierung des sympathischen Nervensystems und mentaler Techniken im Umgang mit ME/CFS-Symptomen hervor. * Die Rolle von Stress: Stark betont die Auswirkungen von chronischem Stress und dessen potenzielle Rolle bei der Auslösung von ME/CFS, insbesondere bei Personen mit einer Vorgeschichte von anhaltendem Stress. * Finanzierungsherausforderungen: Ein wesentlicher Teil des Interviews befasst sich mit den Herausforderungen bei der Finanzierung von ME/CFS-Forschung, insbesondere für private Institute, wie dasjenige, mit dem Stark verbunden ist. * Eintreten für ME/CFS: Stark fordert mehr interdisziplinäre Forschung und Zusammenarbeit, um ME/CFS besser zu verstehen und zu behandeln. Fancy sailing on a Friday - the 13th as well - No western sailor would do that (I'm not talking about those who go to sea on "stinkpots" but real sailors! You may well say that is a mere superstition but, as many sailors know, strange things happen - out there away from the sure, it is better to be prepared. As these brave men have shown by undertaking this voyage the old ways must be remembered and acted on. Let us hope that the Gods (any and all Gods - no matter whose they be) look down favourably on all the peoples of the world a help both these brave men and women and many more like them in their hour of need - that time has come no matter what you might believe in yourself, we must act to help each other or suffer in the attempt

How great it is to see these traditional customs of our forefathers of "way finding". The pandanus sail is truly an icon of the ancient form of sailing throughout the Pacific nations. I commend these people and especially the women folk for researching and reviving this ancient art of sail making. It is a wonderful example of pacific culture. Manuia..

Unfortunately, the peopple who has to make the big decitions, are very far away from the problems, too foucus on ther fancy lifestyle, expensive cars, luxury houses and all kind of extravagances... they think they will never get afected. They feel separated, safe, traveling on the first class, of a boat that is sinking..

Beautifully filmed and produced video. Thank you for uploading it. Loved seeing the details of shunting / tacking of the canoes. It's wonderful that you were able to preserve the correct traditional way of making the traditional woven sails before the knowledge was lost. It would have been quite fun to be in Guam to witness your arrival. But the last time I was in Guam was Nov. 1977 when I completed my last submarine patrol. I have been fascinated by the traditional watercraft of Oceania and the almost lost navigation methods of Oceania, ever since seeing an old canoe at the Bishop Museum (a favorite place to visit), and living in Hawaii during the excitement, just before and after Hokulea's historic voyage to Tahiti. I have continued to read about and study the watercraft, navigation techniques, and theories about the why, how, and when of migrations across the Pacific ever since then. I think almost certainly very early the Polynesians visited S. America at least a few times, and brought back the sweet potato, which where reported by the early European explorers as being found on many of the islands when they first arrived. As an existing and well established crop in many places that evidence indicates existed before any of the earliest European explorers could have brought the potato to the Pacific islands from S. America. I have no reason to doubt the elders of your island home have observed changes over their lifetime. Global warming may or may not be happening. If it is - I do not believe it is caused my mankind's activities. Possibly due to changes in the amount of heat from the sun. Therefore I find your message about it misguided. Man can no more cause global warming or stop it - than they can change the direction and size of ocean swells or currents or the direction and intensity of the winds. The islands were certainly larger during the last ice age, and even during the little ice age, than ended in the mid 1800s after four or 500 years, than their size now. And man did not cause the planet to warm to end the ice ages - that had made ocean water levels lower than they are today. I am sorry, but I believe you have been convinced to believe a huge hoax about AGW. A hoax as large as the hoax to convince people that the peoples of Oceania did not have the knowledge, skills and technology to discover and populate the entire Pacific Ocean, on purpose, and with deliberate repeated voyages back and forth, since ancient times. Before ceasing the longer transpacific voyages, for unknown reasons, before the arrival of the Europeans. Beyond that. Wonderful video and goals to preserve the traditional skills, technology, ceremonies, and culture of your islands and people. I hope you have great, and continued success preserving them - that carries onward for many generations, and motivates them to carry them forward to following generations, too.
