Above & Beyond - There's Only You [Music Video]
This piece has been a long time in the making. It is a follow up to the Liquid Love music video I created a decade ago. When I made that video, I was single and depressed. Liquid Love is about how love comes and goes like the rain and how I could just never seem to hold on to it.
Over a decade later, I have finally found love and am now happily married! This piece continues the theme of water representing love, but this time as the ocean, a permanent body of water that is here to stay. Filmed on our honeymoon at Meeru Island in the Maldives, it is a tribute to the most beautiful woman in my life.

My goal for this video was to show that no matter how fast and crazy life can get, remembering the good times will always make you smile.

i watched this years and years ago and was suddenly called back to it again today there is something so special about the video and the amazing above and beyond. all these years later it literally takes me to a different dimension. something was captured here thats hard to put into words but it works massively. thank you
Thank you so much Clare! I literally had zero plan when I made this video. It was raining heavily and I was bored so I figured I’d get random footage of it. But something happened when I started editing the footage and remembered this song. Piece by piece it started assembling itself and I put all of my emotion I was feeling at the time into it. It was kind of therapy for me dealing with past failed relationships in college. I’m glad that other people can see that and feel something from this too. Over a decade later, I can finally say that I found love and I’m happily married now I thought it would be fitting to make another Above & Beyond music video on our honeymoon as a follow up video. Check it out if you haven’t. :)

I found this song on Sept 2013 and 7 years later it's still one of my favourite songs despite rarely listening to this type of music genre.
I remember accidentally bumping into this 6 years back, i was in a different city, living alone, and for some goddammed reason it was raining that evening. Anyways, I miss that day, i love this song, i love above and beyond.
There is something about the sky being that olive green color during certain storms that always remind me of this song now. Brings me back to a different time!
