I always considered this album really connected to the late 70's Punk - and I'd crank this whole album on a Sansui 661 opens windows - it was normal back then - my neighborhood just had lots of open windows with occasionally cranked music - not Punk of course but loud - this Song gets full throttle by the end

great cover of one of what I think is one of the best DK tracks.... I mean, theres a lot of good ones, but for me, at the time, this stood out, it was a bit different than a lot of other stuff that I was listening to back in 1984

This song would bring tears to the eyes of a stone, marble or bronze statue of a human who had lived, for the great injustice the Irish people suffered at the hands of its nearest and dearest neighbor the once great England, Now we see this same type of terror coming crashing down on the poor defenseless people of Gaza, the Palestinians (who like the Irish in past times) who have been under constant attack from the most modern war machines, stolen from and starved because their nearest neighbor who believes that they have no right to exist in the holy land that Jesus walked with his dearest holy mother Mary, Joseph and his disciples & Jesus weeps at what is happening 2000 years later. It is past time for the leaders of the world to come together a force true and lasting peace between the god people of Israel and Palestine, allow them to live alongside each other in peace and with respect
