The beginning part of the justu is sadly a lie bc it doesn't teloport to the enemy. This makes it miss most of the time with its slow start up and you would need to set it up to be useful. Ngl its pretty bad when we have borushiki rasengan ult do the same thing byt better and teloports to the enemy

How you double ground attack like that?
It’s the ninjutsu Crimson Drizzle and Cherry Blossom Clash for the healer class. Both are non-dlc ninjutsu that you get from the Sakura and Sarada VR masters. Both follow up nicely together when you start with Crimson Drizzle and then Cherry Blossom.

They need to nerf this I feel like the chishudo needs to be 30-35 second cool down. and the invisble food pill needs 40 second cool down. This is a huge problem with SS RN Range types run the most in this game.
That ninjutsu is an issue for sure but I feel like there are so many other ninjutsu that need to be nerfed and dealt with, but I completely understand your frustration. That combo is so irritating to face.

the snake, toads, and slug would be cool. the slug you could summon multiple across the map. they'll remain stationary and spit acid on nearby enemies and heal allies within radius. toad for mobility and techniques, snake for mobility and techniques
OMG! Moving around the map with those summonings would be clean. I do feel like the slug should have more utility than simply just sitting there, given that the toad and snake actually attack. I would love to see this ngl.
