YOU either do something or you don't. the rest is bullshit. been there. done that

I make less per hour than how many years Ive been doing it...22 years cooking experience for work, as a supervisor in the kitchen with that much experience I make 21.50 ...im 36, been trying to manifest wealth, or a positive way out of my industry...I hope with all my heart I can break free from tgis nonsense...Im lucky to live with my brother for cheaper rent than average...I really just wish I could retire by 40, and live the rest of my life without worrying about money for anything I want to do...My soul wants to break free from work so bad some days I just turn the corner and beg the universe to get me out of here...

this was happening and I resisted...not knowing what the lack of identy,the ego death was supposed to happen and it hurts. I truned to drugs. I am *clean* now and the feeling is still there, that feeling of letting go of things whether I like it or not. my vision is different, sometimes I can see the physical intangibility of objects. I have always had an intuition. At different times I have listened or ignored. Its time to listen. Today i am going to the woods and Im going to observe myself within.

Sooo, when we settle our minds down and move into a neutral attention it's moment by moment awareness of our of our unconscious mañners habits, thoughts, so say for example I worry, fear, doubt these are stressors. This is the only way that you can eliminate stressors, now you take a place you go into neutral attention what are attending to. When one stressor pops up say fear normally when fear comes into your mind you engage it ,respond to it and since it's just an illusion that you have given life to your reaction to it keeps it healthy but this time you are not to interfere, engage, communicate all you doing is neutrally let it come and go right pass you you want to keep your breathing because your heart and brain are in coherence this keeps you centered now the stressor come back again you do the same thing after a while that connection in the brain began to break apart why ? You are on a new frequency those stressors are now gone because you not giving them attention anymore.
