I like collecting Morgan dollars, I do have a few bicentennial coins, but prefer graded coins. I also like to find Imperial Russian silver and copper Kopeks, China Empire and China Republic coins, I found a few Seated Liberty half dol. and quarters, Barber halves, dimes, I recently purchased a Capped Bust Half dime. I have some Mexico Pesos, Niue Treasures of World silver coins, A few bullion silver pieces, copper and silver tokens, British India Rupee, British Hong Kong coppers, King George Silver, Queen Charlotte Luxembourg Millenium Silver, Probably my favorite is a German 1913 Battle of Leipzig Silver coin that has nice toning on it, most of these I need to send for grading. Not sure the coin album collecting with just one coin for each date and mint mark and then you quit makes sense to me. The Dansco albums are nice, but most of the silver/ dyed cardboard interfaces create toning on the coins which is essentially deterioration. I also have a 1875 P twenty cent piece, and am looking for more. I think a better way to collect would be one coin for each grade from Poor to MS in graded holders in the same year/mint. One annoying thing with the online registries is that it only lets you put one say Good 4 Morgan 1892 S, and if you enter 5 of those for example, it only shows one in your particular set.

I've only seen two but here on YT and not in person. That's a true collectible there.

I personally don't like the toning but alot of collectors do. Do you have a coin shop?

Thank you Mr funky fingers, Just like to say the large cent and for that matter, the penny in general has had the most different types out of all of the denominations, including the half dollars.. Yes eBay is a good source for finding quality large cents.. Had bought many there myself

i love silver dollars, i love to collect the Morgan Stanley silver dollars but they cost a lot to me because i am only 13 and can't really make that much money.

Yea, don't give any asset to anyone, they just want to waste the money.

I have never seen that album! Of all coins the nickels are my least favorite.

That’s one of the greenest Morgans I’ve seen in a while, at least it WAS anyway! I love acetone.

I’ve found it’s better to soak in the acetone overnight. Little to no wiping is required if you do that.

The premiums on Constitutional dollars is way too high, Eagles for a $1 denomination. Constitutionals for half dollars and below.

Always pur, and it's my family's fault...

In Minnesota those 90% dollars are only worth $20 in that condition (cull) and $32 for the eagles. This state sucks for selling silver.

I prefer gold. The value goes up quicker. Silver when it spikes has to do with the commercial end of it. For soldering and other applications. It doesn't go up because everyone is rushing to buy silver eagles

I have 90% and .999 Fine, but I personally prefer 90%. I mostly collect Morgan dollars, and other smaller denominations, but I just recently got into peace dollars. I currently have a little under $300 in just melt value in numismatic silver and I plan to get more in the future.

I like collecting the older silver dollars, it’s something my grandfather had gotten me into, unfortunately my collection I built with my grandfather got stolen, so I have had to start over.
