I know this is an old upload, so you've probably already discovered - but regarding the sole roulad, you can prep it one more step by frying it and put it in the fridge! (It says so in the recipe). Nice rearrangement of the kitchen, but understandable it takes a while getting used to. :)

The Basque-style chicken dish got an A+ before serving, funny enough, because the recipe demanded thick slices of cured ham, and you cut them medium thick! 🙂 Maybe that was what lowered it to "only" an A grade when serving though? AND you double-flipped the fish, that's why it got only a C (hectic job in the kitchen though!)

Great work with all the pre-release videos, that and the beans-bug explains a lot of the frustration. Glad the devs fixed them, sad that they didn't fix some of your other suggestions to make this an exemplary kitchen simulator! (Still loving the game and playing ahead of watching your videos to avoid spoilers 🙂). A modding support to change some things would be great.

Can you not just use Auto Flaps with Half and Full as a 3 way knob bind like in Dcs ?

I know I'm a year late on this game, but I love it, and I love your videos and progress in the game! Cheers! ... would be nice if the game could be modded to sort out some of those simulator-things though. :)

The best way to go about new recipies, is to stay in the restaurant late hours (by choosing that at the entrance), then you can learn new recipies and cook them once, without deadline and you (magically, probably getting stuff from local market? 🙂) have full access to all the ingredients needed. Cook the dish and then you can add it to the menu before closing up for the night.

Hallo , I have a question ; the steam version "Sailaway - The Sailing Simulator" is that the pro version or is that the basic version?

Missing those last percent of satisfacted customers because of small details; not seasoning the caprese salad when mixing, not preheating the frying pan for fish and occationally putting in the butter at the wrong time, you will get it right (and probably already have on later videos). Fun to see your progress. And OH YES, I wished those small irritating things in the game would be fixed by the devs! I'd use the mornings for prep and for learning new recipes! :)

My guess is you've already figured this out later in the game, but because I'm just starting - here are a few tips: - You CAN pick out cooked beans from the pot on the warmer, just select it and press up (W when using keyboard) and left/right (A/D on keyboard) if you have multiple pots with different content. - Also, a big one; it seems you CAN do multiple servings at the same time; just don't serve the dish after plating, instead pick it up and prep the next dish (keep the first under the heater lamps if needed) and then get all plated dishes in inventory and go and press the bell for service, then click each dish! (The same way you use the bell to serve the dishes for the challenges). - A last important tip for now: You can walk up to the front door and choose to stay after hours, then you've got access to your food and can learn and cook new recipes and even finish some challenges without stressing about time! Cheers!

Just found this little gem of a game/sim. Such fun to see your progress and the early days mistakes (like forgetting to seasoning the caprese salad). Took a while before I discovered you could package leftovers instead of throwing it away (maybe it wasn't possible in the earlier versions?) and that you could decide to stay in the evening to practice new dishes instead of trying to get time for it in the morning. I totally agree with you on some of the complains though, the fridge should be able to keep more stuff and there should be even more simulator details in the game. By the way, saw that you played a ton of other interesting simulator games as well, have to check them out next. Am playing Railroader myself right now, a great multiplayer game where you really need to work the switches and put train cars on the right tracks (AI bots help out when playing alone), besides the awesome game Derail Valley, perhaps.

With this I feel I may have been conned out of £20 but maybe they will deliver on the road map quickly and not in another 10 years time.

First let me say that I've NEVER built or owned a PC. I'm 43 and got my first laptop in March as a gift (Acer nitro 5).I agree while this is good there could be more aspects to implement. Like you said buying and pricing stock is a great idea. It seems strange that the shop is on the high street but no customers? I'm not overly fussed about fixed PCs selling overnight because I guess thats maybe people buying them online out of business hours? Maybe PC builder 3 could bring in laptops, harddrive repairs. What I'd realy like to see is random events , such as you buy stock and maybe a graphics card is DOA so you need to make it right with the customer. Maybe the store gets broken into and you have to deal with insurance so you have limited parts availability for a couple of in game days. I'm thinking combine PC builder 2 + supermarket simulator + serviceIT and random events. As I'm so new to the PC world I'm sure theres other aspects im missing but fingers crossed there'll be a next installment of these games as they seem fun. Sorry for the long comment. I like how unique divisions can make your force. Take for example the Three heaviest NATO armoured divisions in the game. While their mainstay tanks (M1A1, Challenger, Leo2) are relatively similar, the divisions have unique advantages and disadvantages. -US 3rd AD gets access to the best high tech toys especially powerful air support with top tier planes and helos, and mighty Bradley IFVs that also come in a CFV recon form, they will dominate in open ground. But they lack good infantry in numbers making them struggle in clearing complex terrain and defending a wide area as they lack cheap filler units. -5th Panzer gets fewer high end tanks and mediocre air support. But superb AA options, a wide range of artillery choices and far greater options for infantry with panzergrenediers and light infantry making them an agile combined arms force that can meet most challenges without external support. -UK 1st AD has to rely somewhat on older chieftains to make up numbers, but good infantry choices and RAF support, and their main gimmick is attached territorial paras that can be deployed foreword and seize key terrain early. A take and hold division for drawn out fights.

Had this game since day 1 of Early Access, its good if you like these games. But there is still better out there. Worth the money, yes if your right into these games, if not wait for a sale.

Rather then reduce food consumption the better way to balance this would have been to reduce the number of fish the profits are bonkers.

Hello, why my wheel always auto center?

This looks great fun, I have a feeling I may lose many hours to this. I love the management side of it. The level of detail is great. My 1 thought is when playing it says for example that in 100days you'll harvest and make X amount. I'd like to see "random events" to alter this maybe bad weather or staff sickness something that pushes the date of harvest. Therefore needing you to plan ahead or "prepare for the worst" and get crops harvested in time for the best price. Great video. I'm a relatively new subscriber and live this unedited style.

I think while out on the boat, you should get random demand missions with a time limit and good pay, with an option to accept or deny.

You row backwards because you row with your legs more than your arms. You have more strength and stamina in your legs. If you were to face forward you couldn't use your legs to row forward.

I wish i had the game :/ i can't afford it, so the next giveaway is my only chance!
