SPD 2023 - 2024 FORD RAPTOR R 5.2L ALPHA DOWNPIPES
We are proud to release our 2023-2024 Ford 5.2L Raptor R Alpha Catted Downpipes. Our Industry first Alpha Cats provide ultra high flow while meeting green emission standards. Factory Raptor R downpipes are very restrictive with 2.25" front tubes and 2.5" post cat tubes. This causes very high back pressure and hot EGTs. Factory cats are burning up with cat temp as hot as 1950 degrees. With SPD Alpha ultra high flow cats and larger 3" diameter mandrel bent tubing, you will improve throttle response, mileage and overall performance while reducing back pressure and cat temperatures.

The Gen3 Raptor comes with a factory trombone but its not exactly equal length
What kind of performance and mpg increase can be expected?
30rw hp & torque, also should see a 3-4mpg increase.

Most factory mufflers are straight flow. They're Just muffled to high heaven and back. boostedF150 experimented with this.

this has a custom dual exit downpipe, trombone mid and hx series dual exhaust.
@SPDPerformance awesome my tremor has dual down pipes with a stock 3rd gen raptor muffler on it. I wanted to build my own resonator to get this same sound. A minor fab required kit for these trucks would be awesome though.

Can you tell me how I choose between GX and HX for mild sound? Also what is changing on the new GX exhaust? Not enough info on the website.
HX series will be your quietest system. GX series is getting an upgrade for better sound. It will still be aggressive.
