Double 2”x6 1/2” Headers Beams

Using the double 2”x6.5” header beam is an alternative to using the 3”x8” header beam. The strength is very similar in the engineering and you can get 1 1/2” more if clearance when you really need it. Alumawoodproducts.com

Using LED trims for cans as if they were canless recessed lights… don’t do this.
+1 on the “how to mount the shades” Don’t need a video but maybe you could comment how the attachment was done? Did you screw into the steel beneath the aluminum? Did you insert a 2x4?

@@darylmorataya4980 I inserted a 2x4 into the aluminum joist, which provided support for the screws.

What's the best way to paint it? What was the prep needed? What is the best primer and paint? You can paint it, but it would be nice to know what method and products would work best.

Can you install it on a corrugated roof?
Anything is possible. You need to make sure your connection with what you are building on is good, like appropriate rafters and load bearing walls. There is engineering

Which is a preferred product the Skylift Roof riser or the Beamlift?
Your putting holes in your roof either way, skylift is stronger due to being installed on the double top plate of that outside wall.
Skylift are $200.00 per bracket for the smallest one.....
I wouldn’t do Skylift. The opening is just too much for rain water.
Where can I get the fan beam caps?
To run a wire inside the beams do we need to have conduit or can it just be the wire?
