    Using LED trims for cans as if they were canless recessed lights… don’t do this.

    +1 on the “how to mount the shades” Don’t need a video but maybe you could comment how the attachment was done? Did you screw into the steel beneath the aluminum? Did you insert a 2x4?

      Your putting holes in your roof either way, skylift is stronger due to being installed on the double top plate of that outside wall.
