【High Protein Meal Prep #3】✨BUDGETˇ FRIENDLY ✨High Protein Meal Prep Idea in an Hour
Hello~ In this video I want to show you how I save work, time and budget by preparing 5 different meal prep in 1 hour.
How I use these 8 ingredients to vary five meal preps in 60 minutes without wasting food.
I hope I can give you some inspiration for your lunchbox or a quick and easy idea for your dinner.
They can be kept in the fridge for 5 days or frozen for 2 months. If you keep them frozen, you don't need to defrost them. You just need to microwave them for 5 ~ 7 minutes.
