This is a good song where I could be working at my job and feel joyous, this song is unique. I like how at about the middle of the song, the band slowly increases tempo kinda leading my mind on a feeling of slipping on a greasy ball out in space, you can't find a base or bottom in this song, it starts and seems like it stretches your mind to infinity it twists and turns your mind, I sleep quite at peace to this song at 225 W/ch. Another Gold masterpiece that is in the classic vault for sure!👍

And to Ron Bushy, the man who stayed with the band and kept Iron Butterfly alive, I'm deeply regret his passing😢but I will never forget him. That man takes some of iron Butterfly's Gold with him. RIP✝️☮️

When it happens, the ratings of other metal bands will crummet, however 80's metal bands 90's metal bands won't fall much. Today's metal bands will fall and swoon to the terrific album Iron Butterfly came out with. When I was a young man, I would play this album "real loud"... whenever everyone at home stepped out. "I would turn off all the house lights and feel shivers crawl up and down my spine, as I was all by myself." Some of the songs on this particular album caused me very eerie feelings way back then...as they still do, now.

Scotching Beauty was supposed to close the album out. They did this in it’s place. The keyboard player was the reason. He couldn’t play S.B. So we have this 💎 in it’s stead. From the horse’s lips to yours.

I like all of it but this and metal postcard r my top tracks from the Scream album atm. Very clever n funny lyrics! Suburbia will snap your string alright. A land of opportunity where you're introduced into an addictive corporate system of consumerism programming at a young age! Where u get to live a purpose filled 9-5 existence until stress n mental torture combine to cause premature hair loss an n early probable disease related death! At least cattle people in dictator states actually know n realize that they aren't free! But at least we don't starve. There would be a revolution then n there is a way out! If ya can just turn a blind eye n not be distracted even by that Kardashian's ass that they r always promoting. Then there is a way out. There must be? If u can find your passion! The Scream is one of the great albums. The problem with Siouxsie was not that she could sing but that she learned that she could sing. She always thought she was the coolest person in the room, but once she fancied herself a chanteuse she became too precious to be endured. In the beginning her snottiness hit the right fuck you tone. A brilliant song (that is only 4 minutes long, this video has 2 minutes of silence at the end). I actually prefer the 1986 Peel version without the sax
