    I need some like you to remind me of my true self , i want a life revolved around nature and the purity of myself but my life’s path has been so obscured but the light still resides inside , always ready to show but never getting the right change or situation to develop.. it’s tiring but I know my time will come, I know I’m apart of the reason why it’s lead this way but it was never my intention, i have learned a lot but I just need the chance and situation to finally tie it all together

      @@saxenart honestly yea, my frame is very small, my mom is only my height and weighs a little bit more. So starting there I’ve been small, but I used to weight 20 lbs lighter, mostly fat honestly, but I lost fat and enhanced my muscles so I look leaner now, cuz of a low fat diet and working out more :) also low salt, this can cause water retention, which is like half of what I lost I think, when going fruit based!

    Half right, fruit is healthy. But being overweight or obese is not what causes diabetes. It's lifestyle and genetics. Plenty of average sized and underweight people have diabetes from their poor lifestyle, they just happened to be lucky with a fast metabolism. I have the opposite, a very slow metabolism and a disease called lipedema. I am huge but I am in perfect health because I have a healthy lifestyle.

      @@lavenderoh genetics plays a super small role. It’s genetic T1 yes but T2 is linked to being overweight/obese, sedentary and eating the standard American diet. (High fat/protein, low in carbs/whole plant foods). It’s not a cause, it’s an implication of diabetes. You can’t be healthy and be overweight or obese it’s just the truth. Being a healthy weight (inside and out) prevents the world’s deadliest diseases, including diabetes. Not average (average IS overweight/obese). Lipedema exists because of excess fat, it’s not a separate issue. A healthy low fat diet, hydration and exercise can prevent and may treat that. Eat plants đŸŒ± most people are very fruit deficient!!!

    Es verdad que no es lo mismo la sacarosa de los alimentos procesados que la fructosa de las frutas, aunque los dos son polisacaridos. La diferencia esta en la fibra de las frutas que acompaña a la fructosa, haciendola mas lenta de digerir y mas sana. El zumo sin la fibra si es malo, es como cucharadas de azucar

    Ingredients in usa is different from the foods in European countries as proof that’s why in usa the chemicals in foods isn’t fresh food at all EU banned ingredients that’s allowed in USA for fast food and grocery stores. African countries don’t allowed ingredients they can’t be pronounced on products to be on their foods
