how do you get precise and rapid clicks with the mouse she showed while using your shoulder feels like too much power and my fingers overhang the button
Good form
Thanks - she’s got good form. Will start to implement for my scoliosis.
Nice to have all that support from the towel, but that looks like one wicked big pillow!
Thank you Brian!!
I sleep on my side, with 2 soft feather pillows, the top one I manipulate ,so that my head and shoulder can be in line, and the neck part is raised. Sorry! I am not good at explaining in English......
Pallows
I’m trying that tonight
Thank you I'll definitely try this
Thank you very much for your advice. Very effective. God Bless you.
Thanks for that great explanation! Can you give a link on where to buy that 66 degree angled mouse?
Such a big difference now. Thank you Sir.
What???😂 NOOOOOO keeps arms bent, not straight out in front 😂.Noone is strong in the front delts, come on now😂
I’ve been searching CZcams and finally found your video which explained it. I never knew my teeth weren’t suppose to be touching I have bad post nasal drip so I’m constantly clearing my throat and tighten my jaw and clenching and i get terrible head aches
With me, my teeth are like this, every day they clench and stick together up and down. My teeth have been like this non-stop for a year. How long have you been there, sis?
I started sleeping with a travel pillow to support my neck. It has definitely made a difference.
I have used a feather pillow for years and years. They are very moldable, unlike modern pillows. I've noticed they are ALOT more expensive though. than when I bought mine years ago. Thankfully they last for a very long time if well maintained. This was a great idea, very helpful to those who need it, which I definitely would need if not for my feather pillow. Gotta support that neck, for sure.
As an ICU nurse I would often do that for my patients and sometimes just remove the big pillows and let them use the airplane pillow if they were off the ventilator
Great pro-tip
Good idea...i ll try. Already i kept trying to support in different ways .this seems to be effective..i feel so relieved to listen to yr idea
Thanks for the tip.
I agree
Thank you for this video. It's such a clear, straight to the point explanation. I think it's time for me to upgrade my work mouse.
Thank you I shall give this a try. As a side sleeper I often end up with shoulder pain. Will report back if works
It makes sense. Thank you for explanation. I get really severe shoulder pain, s I bought an ergonomic mouse, but it still hurts. My desk height is correct, my screen position is as well, and I still feel pain :'( Is it maybe because I still use my wrist to move the mouse instead of my shoulder?
No matter what pillow I use, I always wrap a towel around my neck instead of putting it in the pillow
Thank you ❤
Thanks man
Wow ,thanks for a lovely tip. Transforming an existing pillow without any cost.
2:12 as soon as i do this and relax my fingers they automatically click down both the left and right buttons. Can't do it.
Thank you Brian, I would've never thought about using a towel & was about to try several different (expensive) neck pillows But tried this out and felt the perfect support for my neck & felt NO PAIN...felt such relief I started falling asleep 😊
Non usable if you moving mouse without moving arm, only by wrist.
Very helpful. Thank you so much
Buying a large mouse is needed for positon 2. Every mouse I've ever used was way too small for moving from the shoulder.
Then I suggest changing the dpi on the mouse via the software it comes with. If the dpi is too low, then you need to physically move the mouse a much greater distance for a set amount of movement on the screen. The higher you set the dpi, the smaller the physical movement of the mouse for a much greater distance and faster responses to those movements on the screen. Be wary not to set the dpi too high as it it can move so far and so fast that you lose accuracy for small movements such as when correcting a word document. I suggest trying 1000, 1200 and 1400 dpi to see what works best for you also bare in mind it may take several minutes to get used to each speed setting.
Low sens claw grip gamers just keep winning
I tried this last night, shoulder pain has gone, hopefully forever 😀
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Gonna try this. I may have to get something a little softer than a towel but this should give me an idea if it will work. I have cervical stenosis and have the expensive pillows that are supposed to help but it hurts more with them. I will use a regular pillow tonight and a towel or 2 rolled up. Thank you!
Thanks dear dr. From India .
