I've started to get into making music for game jams! If you don't know what a game jam is, it's essentially a small community run challenge where creatives and programmers get together and try to make a short game under specific rules and time constraints. It was super fun to do this and I plan on doing even more in the future. I'm apart of a big RPG game jam next month that I'll be writing aro...

I never watched Steven Universe but I'm very familiar with Rebecca Sugar's Discography, she does AMAZING work so I'm happy to be placed side by side with her
Much closer to C418 than i think Lena ever gets. So well balanced between the cave noises and overworld music!
Thanks for the kind words. Minecraft music has always been a big inspiration of mine and I love and appreciate what both C418 and Lena bring to the table. Minecraft is a very diverse game that can be alot of different things and I think the differences in both composers' style reflect that very well; from C418's more minimalist and curious tracks to Lena's more Lush and adventurous feel. C418's music is iconic and really fits the game well. But as I've gotten older and I revisit Minecraft as a more experienced musician and person, I really appreciate Lena's work and think they did a great job!

You know, mate. I've been meaning to ask. What inspired you to want to create music?
@@MartinBou-u7k I've been making playing and making music since I was maybe 11. It's always really resonated with me and it's just something I've always been passionate about. Even at that age when I knew that I wanted to make music for videogames and movies like in my favorite Nintendo games growing up I went to college for it and got an Associates degree here in California before dropping out during COVID. I'd put making music on the back burner for a while and instead got a full time job. But this year I decided I wanted to try and pivot my career into making music Full time and I've made really good progress, though I still got a long ways to go :)
This has such a feeling of nostalgia to it. It's hard to describe but man... It gets me in the feels.

@-mayari- at the moment no :( I would love to one day release sheet music for my piano works but sadly it takes a lot of time to note it out from the DAW on sibelius. I work full time so what time I do have free I like to focus on making new music instead. I want to go full time with music making so maybe one day once I'm able to achieve that, I can focus on releasing sheet for it
