What kind of light is that? I have this exact ceiling fan but hubby threw everything in the trash. Light went out and idk what to buy I’m use to buying bulbs 😂

Wow... Just attempted to install this. Well actually I did. But here's the rub. There's NOTHING in this video that refers to installing a "receiver box". Which apparently HAS to been installed for the remote to work. Or at least that's what I've gathered. Now, I need to dissemble the whole thing to insert the "receiver box". Which is apparently in the written instructions that came with the fan. But the image and instructions are very vague. I'm assuming that people who are turning the fan on for the first time and are getting it at one (fast) speed like I did, had the same issue. Warmiplanet, please do another instructional video that includes the "receiver box". This is just embarrassing for your company.

We’ve tried different methods for this fan. We’ve followed the wiring diagram as instructed and absolutely nothing. Must be some shit product considering you only got 26 subscribers. No one must know about this and maybe no one will.

@warmiplanet is there a way to leave it on the cool white only or is a stray 3 type of coolness

Hi, our fan is not responding to the remote and only stays on one fan speed. The battery has been changed, we allowed it to sit for several hours but no response-any suggestions? Any response from the company?
