This is a great video to the rigid pvc extrusion people!👍👍.If you add parallel twin installation it will be helpful for all type customers. and one more request is about excessive shear heat. pls do a video about causes of excessive shear heat(the last barrel zone temp. always overshoot ) in older and newer(newly replaced ) twin extruders machines. And how to solve it.

We have to put Blower Fan in last two Barrel zone heaters to reduce friction heat in between Barrel and screws.
