Tried hard to follow along, for a Tutorial its way to fast and not well described as it comes to the foreground and background layer thing. I can chang whatever i want its only calculating my Object Or my shadow nor both.

At 12:45, you forgot to remove the mirror mode Sharp. That's why the rig was mirroring the poses not a mirror modifer

6:02 when I select the top face and bring them down, it only brings down the top face not the walls smh

For some reason when i did the same thing you did when making a driver, it set the value into the negatives. Any clue why that happened?

Hello, sharp. I do have a question, back in SYSTM we were able to submit renders and animations from other softwares, does that still apply to GEAR or is our usable content limited to ONLY blender? I ask this as i use multiple animation softwares(MI,Blender,C4D,SFM,and S2FM).

It's good to see the series actually starting! SYSTM was great and I'm sure GEAR will be too. Also, I learned some pretty interesting things from this episode; hopefully I'll have a bit of time to make and submit something as well!

Ok, so, the terrain shouldn't have empty spots and the sky and lighting need small improvements? Got it. The render I submitted for Episode 2 uses the same map, though. However, that render is set in a void-like dimension. Can I submit a different render?

Love your vids, you should consider painting your wall a different color. the off white kinda washes out your skin tone and makes the lighting feel harsh.
