I just went to their facility in Wabash, IN. this past Saturday and what they are advertising as being on a Ford e450 is actually on a e350 this was a deal breaker for us.

Well? This video is from 8 years ago. And in mid June. I just purchased one. Identical to this. Absolutely, identical. For all I know? This could be my unit? As the retired couple I purchased it from. Has only owned it for the past 3 not quite 4 years. And it is in cherry, like new, condition. This will be my new home from now on. I am going Nomadic in my, retirement. And I'm very much looking forward to this experience. It's been a long time in coming. I've waited nearly 10 years to do this. Now it's my time. My immediate family members, have all passed on. My need to care for them is over. I get my life back. For, however long I have left. And now with a virtually brand-new, 2002, Monaco Knight, 34 PST. And I feel incredibly lucky. I never thought I could own such a vehicle as this. It was just a pipe dream. I could never own a high-end luxury diesel pusher.. Or, so I thought. As I believe I also got a terrific price on this. Far less than I've seen for the others. This was only $25,000 cash. With a virtually new set of Toyo, tires all around. Only 1 1/2 years old. The quiet,, diesel generator is, Fabulous! I always wanted to generator like this. I could never afford $10,000 to get one used. If the RV blows up. I shall remove, the generator. It's choice. And so I feel damned lucky to have, found and acquired this unit. For only $25,000 cash. And it has never been flooded. It has spent all of its life. Here in the Texas desert. I can find virtually no rust under the chassis. It's beautiful. These vehicles last forever with this Southwest desert climate. What a lucky find. Everything else like it I was looking at was between, $50,000 and $90,000. Completely out of my league possibilities. I'm a pauper. I'm broke. My retirement savings was stolen from me. By Texas psychopaths. I hate these Texans to death! They are horrible Homo sapiens! As they are no kind of human beings. I've been so terribly wrong. So egregiously attacked, robbed, beaten, incarcerated. And told I'm the bad person by Texas psychopaths with no morals, no humanity of their own. They are scumbags. All natively fertilized and hatched Texans are scumbags. I hope they all die painful lingering diseased, deaths. I have nothing good to say about any of these Texans. Nothing! Yeah I just purchased a 22-year-old 34 foot version of this. In the same kind of perfect condition. It's just fabulous. Everything works, perfectly. Of course there will always be those little things. That we all have to deal with. But this is just Cherry. I did pay slightly more than bluebook. I got it from just the kind of folks. I wanted to get this thing from. She was 85 he was 88. They purchased this a few years back. Original owners, seem to come from the same general area. They were likely also retirees. This thing exhibits no actual, wear. It's just beautiful. I looked out. 65,100 miles, $25,000. 1 1/2-year-old, Toyo Tires. Hardly any miles on those. Both air-conditioners work great. The generator works great. The engine purrs like new. There is no, crappy smell, within. There appears to have been no leaks. The chassis exhibits no real visible rust. It was well cared for. I can think other CZcams contributors.. For purchasing this make and model. I had an 86, Fleetwood Southwind since 2012. It was my entry-level, beginner, motorhome. After many years with Chevy conversion/camper vans. I decided to step up. For my retirement.. To live in. And enjoy the great Southwest. Which I have never lived in before. I've only visited briefly. It's gorgeous. It's hot. It's desert. It's dusty. Exactly what I want. Rustic. Sky. Solitude. Alone.. For a single old retiree. This is like a dream come true. My own one-bedroom home. On wheels. The, CROW.. Cozy Room On Wheels. My home wherever I go. I understand I might get 10 miles per gallon? I think my Honda CRV was only getting me 14? And it doesn't have a bathroom with a shower. It doesn't have a bathroom. I think I'm going to sell my CRV. I don't think I need to be towing that. You can park these things and ridiculous places. For a few hours at a time. To take care of any shopping. I'm also good with parallel parking these things. That takes a bit of skill. But I've been driving a large truck as big. For the past 34 years. So it's a piece of cake. It's for old grandmas to drive. I just never became a grandma. I never became a mother. I'm a retired Engineer. That's all I ever did. I will be leaving the Austin Texas area. In the next few weeks. I just ordered a new rv from Zoomers. I am getting the 2024 Forest River FSX 169RSK. It’s just my husband and I that are just starting to camp. We may have an occasional grandchild to go with us, so it was important that we had the ability to a second bed. I had a really hard time deciding on a model. There was nothing that met 100% of my needs or wants. So I settled with this model, because I felt like it was the closest to fulfilling everything. My only concern is the table sits so low in conjunction with the cushions. But I have not had a chance to investigate if this tables Height has the ability to be adjusted higher, it will be just fine. We drove 2 1/2 hours one-way on Saturday to go look at an older model that was on the lot. We are very satisfied with the price.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND OF RV, Gulf Stream RV's look nice, and they draw your attention with their low price tag. That all comes at a major cost, Gulf Stream RV's are terrible quality RV's. Gulf Stream claims "strong wood roof decking, screwed and glued in place" that is not the case at all. I have been up on roofs of Gulf Stream travel trailers and the roof decking is very very thin and buckles under me, and no i'm not overweight that it buckled under me. Gulf Stream RV's are well known for terrible workmanship, the whole RV is held together with staples, wiring issues, lights not working, propane issues, poor sealant work from the factory causing severe water damage and mold within a month of ownership, plumbing issues, in one case the shower drained into the black tank, and a buyer of a Gulf Stream had found small wood chippings in his tanks when he dumped them, and much much more. Gulf Stream is a horrible manufacture, Gulf Stream takes no pride in their company and their product. Look up RV INSIDER and type in GULF STREAM, and a whole bunch of reviews will come up. People who bought Gulf Stream RV's are out of camping because of all the issues they had. Please save yourself the nightmare of Gulf Stream RV. I recommend- Forest river-rockwood, flagstaff, wildwood/salem, geo pro, grey wolf, COACHMEN- clipper/viking, catalina, freedom express, northern spirit, apex. KEYSTONE, JAYCO. AVOID- Dutchmen, GULF STREAM, K-Z, heartland, any keystone passport RV older than 2019 model year because they don't have walk on roofs. East to west, della terra-major plumbing issues.
