Me personally, I'm like Schrödinger's Cat on this subject. For me a new game is needed and especially for all the reasons mentioned in this video. However, playing "Devil's Advocate" here, I'm not looking forward to losing my vaulted/collected gear/weapons as I highly doubt they will carry over to the new game. One thing that desperately needs fixing is that getting up to new light levels has ALWAYS been fucked up. Bungie wants to MAKE everyone do their stupid activities, but puts them at light level ranges that most players will NEVER achieve because not all of us are streamers or so-called MLGers and we can never achieve that light-level because you reach high enough and then it's "Oh we got to slow you down now" and we only creep up to the hard cap and then pinnacle activities are a joke! +1 point . So for us average gamers who can't play 24/7 we get screwed every expansion and then every season. We're chasing something never to be obtained. We either need to eliminate light-leveling all-together or stop with the capping. I'll have no problems playing the activites, other than Gambit or Curcible. Those 2 activities are trash and I will NEVER play them. But raids, and other activities I will not have an issue playing as I know I can achieve what is needed to enjoy them and not get hindered. The motto "If we let you level up too quickly, you won't enjoy the game"...Whoever said that needs to lose their job and never work in the gaming industry again and find another line of work. Same with the person who thought that "Revive" tokens in a legendary campaign. That was the most single worst idea of the history of the game. Here's the shutdown on that logic...I will never play your game as I'll never be able to fully enjoy it, because I'll never reach the light-levels that are required to enter them. I've never been able to play grandmaster nightfall, never enjoyed any activities on the hardest levels because between regular light-level and artifact, I never am able to achieve the highest capable as I don't get to game 24/7, as I have responsibilities and have to work. Light-leveling this game seems like a 2nd job and definitely not something I'm willing to commit to. Final thought, Destiny 3 is needed, but I don't plan on investing in a new game until revive tokens are removed and light-level grinding needs to be fast and easy to enjoy the full experience of the game. I highly doubt Bungie in ther "infinite wisdom" will ever do so!

I just got my platinum about 2 weeks ago and I been playing for 2 months

Just wanted to mention that with the recent Xur rework, he now only spawns in one spot in the tower. There is an icon on the map for him when he is there.

I know a lot of people have already platinumed / 100 percent this game but I know we have a lot of new players trying things out and these trophies can be confusing if you are just starting. To my vets that still clicked I love yall ❤️

The first curse, Hank Cannon was by far my favorite back then I never got lucky enough to get last word until like later on in the end of the year my orange really did suck, but when I got first curse, it made me fall in love with that thing to the point where I actually own a 3-D printed version right now of both of them first curse and last word just made me appreciate texMechanica a lot more

June 15 past midnight, I wanted to come back to D2 and continue the campaign where I left off, but having trouble with how the games has changed for over a year since my last D2 play, probably half way through the Statis campaign. I do t think I should even consider to keep playing after watching this video.

i stopped liking destiny 2 as a destiny game a while back because of the constant removal, now i only play it for multiplayer stuff. i say D2 isn't worth spending money on to play but if you can get it for free(which idk if it is or not anymore) sure go for it if you want to do crucible or gambit, but if you truly want a game like destiny 2 then go get Destiny 1

Congrats , but i still dont feel that this victory could fully be verified ( and what i mean is the community has some salty people that were jumping between streams , joining raid zone ect that were actually invested in the race) as no one could watch them live. And i do feel that in order to win the worlds first at least one person should be live. Because at the end of the day the raid race is by far the pinnacle of bungie content, and to hear that somebody has won and all the other teams still racing as though they are going to win is soo disheartning.
