Cop says he can search our car cuz we said we're out of pot. he finds a few flakes of cannabis and 2 seeds on the floor and arrests the driver. Pulled a gun and we were in shock. Being out of weed in Colo is felony in Tx.

In this community, it is septic. However there is a water tap.

As for gas, the builder usually buries a Liquid Propane Gas on the property for gas cooking.

In this community, unfortunately, farm animals are not allowed, as it’s pretty residential. I have other areas that would be good with this.

With certain builders they can add the walk-in tub for you. 🤠🙏

I don’t believe they have natural gas. I’ll confirm. Usually in these larger acreage communities, you can have your own LPG (propane gas) tank buried to supply for gas stove cooking. I need to confirm the phases, but pretty sure they’re in the last phase. About 10 lots left. Several are one acre. A handful are quite a bit larger.
