He was able to turn into his titan form when he was in the titans stomach because he said he would slaughter every titan with his bare hands, which he did in titan form. Also his mothers death being the motivation behind it.

I never hated Armin from the beginning because he was and is still just a KID. He's what 15 here? Why would I blame him for being in a state of distress and shock after what happened. It's realistic because of how people respond to different situations depending on their character. He lost everything he ever knew in a blink of an eye, just like Mikasa and Eren.

No face is good but can be influenced by who he is around.. Everyone else is greedy and wants gold and just wants more and more and more just super greedy so he is affected by their evil greediness. So he wants more and more food and just more of everything. That’s why whenever he’s around her and offers her say the more tiles and she says no she only needed one or the gold she says no she doesn’t really need it she never takes more than she needs. Unlike the others so that’s why he is calm & nice and peaceful around her and why wants to be around her and likes her best. He doesn’t want to be or feel like the evil greedy others.. They can actively choose clients and the highest ranking Oiran (the Tayū) can even refuse clients. They go through an intensive training in the traditional arts (singing, poetry, dancing, playing instruments) and are expected to have the intelligence and etiquette to converse with clients who are typically in the nobility. The cost of spending an evening with an Oiran is the equivalent of a shop assistant’s annual salary, so regular people can’t request an Oiran. Also, they are not considered the same as “prostitutes” although an interaction with a client may result in sexual activities. At present, that’s not done anymore (there are still Oiran in Kyoto and you can still see those parades) and Oirans are requested only for their entertainment skills in music, dancing and conversation. It’s very exclusive and you can’t just walk in to the Oiran houses now. You need to be verified and introduced by a trusted client. So being accepted as a Kamuro or assistant to an Oiran is an honor, because you’d be educated to later be an Oiran and even take over a prestigious Oiran’s name (stage name, basically.) So if you hear Suzuki Ichiro (baseball player) for example, you then call him Suzuki-san. Basically, just treat their family names like their first names. 😅
