I have had a severe dust problem recently and the fine particles of my spray cans were just claiming all surfaces of my workshop. Other than sawdust this type of dust istn't always that easy to clean off. Not only my tools got dusty but also valuable project pieces and this couldn't go on. Thus I tried out this system to reduce the overall dust. It is not perfect nor final. Just a proof of conc...

any options that are still being made?
WOW
Nice review, but you have forgot to rig everything. 😂 👍
As a mechanic, the clip is one of its best features as it sits in my uniform shirt pocket everyday. I don’t have the Lisle set, I have a Mac Tools set I’ve had for a few years now and in my opinion they’re infinitely better than a straight pocket screwdriver; pocket pry bars are a game changer. It’s one of my most reached for tools, to release a connector, to pull off plastic clips, to line small parts up, even to open boxes
Brilliantly produced and great voice.. As others have commented, I've not seen that chain tool either
I have the complete set, They are good but in my opinion the newer tools manufactured today are a lot better and more durable. I know theyre 80's so They maybe good back then
I cannot agree. Regards, Etna.
Is the knuckle for rhe pen stiff enough that you could use a scribe in it for wood or metal?
Should be. But I would exchange the knuckle, if you want to scribe with it. Regards, Etna.
Oh, these are made of brass? Not steel?
I have very aggressive sweat. So, if they were out of steel, the first rust pickles would be already there. And the scratches in my older compasses are golden on color. Soooooo... Of course, parts like the spring on top are made out of spring steel. But for most of the parts, I think it should be brass. Regards, Etna.
Tem uma mini catraca vendida pela Bosch, Dexter ou Gedore Red que na extremidade do cabo tem um porta bits fixo, seria o ideal para um maior torque. Obrigado pelo vídeo e abraços.
Superb!
I don’t know why, but these terrible clips are common among American tools, they frankly are useless.
Thanks for the video. I never heard about Stubai and CK. Stubai is great, if the quality is good I will order a few PZ-types. You can order Facom (I’m in Hungary), Facom’s isoryl handle and quality is fantastic.
The best thing about Germany is that I discover a new tool brand almost every day. And they are very high quality stuff. I knew the Knipex anvil cutters was manufactured by Lowë. And knew about Weldmüller automatic strippers. Now, Bernstein, Alarm and VBW are new to me. Judging by appearance, it seems that some Stahlwille pliers are actually made by VBW. And the Bernstein ESD pliers is costing over 100 USD each on Amazon Germany, quite expensive.
I hate Wurth. I work with their tools every day. Some stuff is good but i cant love brand if they dont sell tools in my place for private persons. You need firm to buy them. I use a lot hex t handles and ratcheting spanners from them. Hex t handles are made from very soft metal. I have to cut off tips weekly to keep them in good shape for fasteners. Spanner in few months from 13 mm become to 13.5 mm wide. I have some old Wurth socket sets and those are made good. Work with them everyday and they are like new. But rn you cant buy anything good from them anymore. I use a lot Wurth caliper. For my work i tested Wurth vs Far East branded calipers. Ratio was like one Wurth against two Far East calipers. But price to Wurth was like 4x times bigger. I am just saying. They are not the same. They pretend with their prices that they are like tools for professionals but i think they could be at same shelf with some Stanley FatMax stuff. Sorry for my english.
Always wanted to buy it but i tought its more like for fun. 😅 But finally saw you review i now i understand that i need it. Thanks for pointing out features! 😉👍
Damn. Have bought some stuff in past from Carolus. You cant find anything worse! 🥲 Thanks for your videos! Nice review! 🫡
im starting to feel jealous watching your videos...
Please don't! I bet you have very nice tools in your region from manufacturers near you that are flooding your second hand market. I am just buying what seems to be cheap and good quality. Somehow the gras always seems to be greener on the other side. Regards, Etna.
delightful
Love Belzer , what has become of them ?
Well, in '74 they formed with Dowidat the Deutsche-Werkzeug-Union that was bought by Bahco in '88. In '91 Sandvik bought Bahco, so you could get Sandvik-Belzer tools. And now it is all owned by Snap-On. But don't believe that anything of that heritage was preserved. All the old facilities are empty or used to house refugees. Regards, Etna.
Must be acetate
finally another vid!
Stay tuned. On Sunday I release the whole build without talking. Just screwing stuff together while the birds are chirping. Regards, Etna.
Honestly, storage and cabinets are essential to any shop’s function.
Yeah, that is true. They store all the needed goods. Some have it very fancy or expensive and I... a scrapyard look. But it is very functional as you see. Regards, Etna.
Nice tools those germans are amazing!
While it certainly looks different from the acetate, it is not too big of a deal as I think Wiha has the best handle design for screwdrivers on the market.
That's what I think, too. I just could've gotten it cheaper without the baggy from Schüco around it. I also like Hazet Hexanamic handles very much. Regards, Etna. P.S.: Sadly the thumbnail couldn't show any worse part of this short. 😂
I wonder if the lever type is any better when it comes to slop since it has a true 5 degrees.
My guess would be not, as you add more moving parts into your system. But you can send me one to check it. ;) Regards, Etna.
Thank you for this great video!!! I learned a lot from it 🙏Need this Compass 😍. And what a great voice 😍🫠
Thank you so much! Regards, Etna.
Im genuinely impressed at the design of the bit storage and dispensing aspects of this tool, I’ve never seen that spinning plate before. And only 4 euro, very nice find.
The earrings are bold in some ways, yet subtle in others, they have a bulbous shape to them which is quite friendly. A competent craftsman and a pleasing product.
what is the name of the mechanical pencils?
It looks pretty impressive and it's on my wish list. Bosch US branch doesn't seem to offer a version that includes the case, and I haven't found a way to buy the case or liner separately.
That sucks. Can't understand why Bosch is harming themselves this way. Maybe you can get those things using Amazon from Europe? Most of the time they ship worldwide. The most important thing to purchase is by the way the Velcro adapter that comes between your sanding mesh and backing pad so you don't destroy your backing pad immediately. Regards, Etna.
i taught it was impossible to be eloquent in the age of youtube
Is this now the right time and place to excuse myself for my bad English as it was only the third language I got taught at school? 😉 Regards, Etna.
I think the quick ratcheting feature on the mini Zyklop is just a thumb wheel. My VIM bit ratchet has one too, i think they're a pretty standard bit ratchet feature. It's weird because the ratchet engages in the same direction as the bit rotation, but once i figured that out it's been pretty handy in places where I can't get a good swing on the ratchet. There was some video by an aircraft mechanic I saw where he mentioned he preferred the design where the center of the thunb wheel is recessed (like on the Zyklop), though i don't remember exactly why.
Have you tried probemaster?
I know they are the ducks guts, as Dave would say, but I haven't found some that have my desired features. These are also very cheap to get. So far I am very happy with my purchase. Regards, Etna.
Is that true, German acetate handles will not smell bad over time if/when they start deteriorating? cellulose acetate butyrate is the material that will deteriorate and smell bad. Are German acetate handles made from a different material?
I don't own any American brand of acetate but I do own PB Swiss screwdrivers. In comparison to German brands, it seems to be a different kind of acetate. I am no chemist to tell them apart. I came across deterioration screwdrivers. Some were even melting. But I couldn't find any bad smelling handles despite its age. Regards, Etna.
Wiha is great quality
The Allen key he will never used was used 3 minutes and 10 seconds into thebvideo😂
But it was never used since then. 🤷🏻♂️ Regards, Etna.
I Love Wiha
Great US Tool :)
It's german.
@@chrisdelaplante5515 Did you see the :)
@@hgohlke Oh ! it was sarcastic !

Duuuuude those CK and Facom acetate handles are my dream screwdrivers. I'd love to have like three sets of those since they look so nice. Something about that shade of transparent orange remind me of like, amber or a cool crystal in a museum.
Facom’s handle is isoryl, not cellulose-acetate. ISORYL modified PPE/PPO is a water insoluble, odorless, amorphous blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene.
LG Aman
Moin! Deutsch ist gar kein Thema! Freut mich, dass Dir mein Video gefällt! Such mal nach "Rotring Feinminen Bleieinsatz".
Does amyone know the part number for the chaintool to outchase separately?😊
I think that 9513 is not sold separately. This is unfortunate, I know... But maybe you can order it in as a spare part? Regards, Etna.
So Wiha is pronounced VEE- Ha
In my mind it most likely sounds more like: Yeaaahaa! Regards, Etna.
Where did you get the longer bits from?
Looking into buying this sander for a big project where I have to sand wood ceilings. Do you think this would be a good sander for overhead use?
I always thought that in this case products like the Festool Planex or Bosch GTR 55-225 would be designed for it. Overhead use is no joke and very tiresome. Regards, Etna.
Nice to know about Elora and Stubai. Elora is completely new to me, never heard of it before. And Stubai I've known just a few days ago when I was searching for high quality tin snips, didn't know they make screwdrivers. The most famous brands here is Gedore, Wiha and Wera. PB Swiss is also known as a top-tier premium brand.
A lot of tool companies in Germany are very specialised. Like Weidmüller, Bernstein, Löwe, Alarm, Flume, Schlieper and so on... And I'm not fond of PB Swiss. Yeah, I own a few tools but they seem to be just expensive because they're made in Switzerland and that's all. Regards, Etna.
Hey the Czechs make great stuff!
Need to be careful when using the small size hex key just like 1.5 mm .. the ball end easily broke .. mine already broke when try to tight by using hand-tight torque.
I did not know ow you were interested in aviation. What’s your favorite plane?
I am not really. There are just a few planes I know of. But by simply living in Hamburg you come across technicians of both Lufthansa and Airbus. So... There is that. Regards, Etna.
