Why would the homeowners insurance change the water damage claim to a mold claim after 6 months. They are trying to say that they cap this at $10,000 because I had mold testing done after the water claim. This is crazy.

So, when they are done with the home, put it on the market, THEIR buyers DO do a sewer line camera & WHAMMO! Close / open shut off valve may cause the valve to leak. When the faucet leak you will see the leak. Put food coloring in the toilet to check for leak. When those two are not leaking you a hiding leak.

Good video thaank you. My cast iron pipes look really great for some reason. Home built in 1966. They are in a soft pumice-like material and the house was engineed after the fact to take the load using caissons.

I bought a house from 1915 with all cast iron pipes, then I had a problem of cloged pipes so I just rent an electric snake at Home Depot and it removed the clog easily, so I am still using the cast iron pipes with more than a 100 years old and had no problems even if they are not in good condition as a plumber would like.
