The purpose of this run was to get the "Real Survival Horror is Brutal " achievement worth 100 points which the conditions are in the title plus you can't use more than 5 herbs and no First Aid Sprays. I dont understand even after i research how possible dreamcast has achievements while the console was discontinued way back and the achievements system came out in xbox 360 so a generation after!
That's because these are not official achievements. These were created by fans on the website RetroAchievements(dot)com since 2012 and you can get them by creating an account there and earning them through emulation. Try it out!

I've been stuck on this achievement for over a year now, every time I go back to it, I always fail miserably. But what the heck, maybe I should go back and try again.
TBH, I feel like I only got this because I grinded it for a whole day almost nonstop and got lucky with good RNG. I'd be surprised if anyone can pull this off every time. Speaking of luck, I wish you that on your new attempts!

Yep. Looks like the HD Upscale version. I’ll try it on the PS5 version since that’s just the PSOne version emulated. If it’s possible on PS4/PS5, then it’s possible on the PSOne original versions.
