Well, my conclusion is better buy when the house prices are down and interest rate are down as well both to the lowest as possible; not the other way around. I'll wait till the end of 2024 then! 😉

You are so banned..
Usually these videos are, if not perfect with regard to 'what will come next', at least flawless with regard to their statistics. But this one has a huge flaw. First we get, "81% of working aged population borrowed from a financial institution". Then we get "the population growth of working individuals was 280,000, so 81% of that growth means that" etc. What proof is there that new immigrants (because that's the growth we're talking about) will follow the pattern of borrowing? He makes that assumption, but it's not founded. It might be the case, but there's no proof that it is.

Absolutely the worst bank in Canada! I’m taking into consideration that NBC is the smallest bank in the nation, so it’s unfair to compare them to RBC (or any of the other major banks) but there’s zero benefit to choosing NBC over another institution. I’d list my grievances but I’m too tired from sitting on hold while trying to contact them to actually bother.
