Definitely way too much, for Tucker unless it’s on the side of Tucker closer to Emory and N Druid Hills. I feel the staging is what makes this house pop but most people don’t have the taste nor the budget to design an interior this well. Def a $6-700k house

That kitchen needed a double oven indeed for a house that size. Long flight to the basement. Nice rental space, plenty of options! Nice flooring. Back spacious. Nice laundry room, needs touches updated, to give that pop! Vaulted ceiling nice. Update the shower, add a bench.

Nice house no soaking tub 😢

Don’t like how the light fixtures hang so low and take up needed space. Change the black fixtures GOLD. I would add faux brick panels to the front porch pillars. I would faux brick all that aluminum siding. I would rip down the back porch and make it a lot wider with a safer pattern stairway to lower porch and pool if allowed Then would have to spend 100000 to design lower basement. Wow. Too Much work.❤

Honestly, the second house would have me running back to the first house because of floor plan and design of house. It doesnt look like much thought was given to the design on the second home. For $419K, the floor plan is not intrigiung and neither is the master bedroom and bathroom. However, the basement in the $419K would have been a nice addition if they actually finish the walls. For $419K, I'm not doing anything extra. The basement needs to be finished! The first home was more refreshing, open, better priced, better architect and seem more inviting. I love architectural design, so seeing your video was helpful in looking for a good home. Thanks for showing! New subbie here😉

One of the most poorly staged homes I have ever seen, the house is nice if staged properly…don’t show with counters full of stuff, mops and buckets out in the open…makes the house overpriced and not cared for…

The layout is just off to me lol not that i could afford a home like that 😂
