      Yes! you can put whatever you want on the toast as long as it is not too greasy, jelly or jam maybe. You can eat boiled chicken, dry cereals without milk, pretzels, pasta without a lot of sauces, boiled eggs is also a good option, all this will prevent your stomach from making too much effort.

      I was informed by my GI team that a clear liquid diet the day before is no longer a standard of care, but it is encouraged to still eat low fiber 3 days prior and on third Day before procedure eat litely even eating only two meals. Last meal the day before procedure maybe mid day and start at 6 pm drink they give you…drink every 15 to 30 minutes half of it before bed and finish other half in morning 4 hrs before chk in to hospital …good grief…of course no food on day of procedure

    When i did mine, i was told not to eat for some days because black sepsis was still lodged in my stomach and intestine, then the hospital nutritionist recommended mashed diets only for another 2 weeks, it took me 3 and a half months to get better and 6 months to fully recover

Here are some tips to help you recover: - Drink plenty of fluids, especially water or electrolyte drinks, to avoid dehydration. - Eat bland foods and avoid spicy, fatty, or canned foods that may upset your stomach. - Rest as much as you can, especially when you feel tired. Do some gentle exercise every day, walking is best. - Do not lift or push anything heavy (more than 7 kilograms), or do intense exercise or contact sports for 6-8 weeks to help your wounds heal. - And never hesitate to ask your doctor if you have any doubts, you will see how soon you will recover!

    Can I eat mashed bananas cooked? it’s a homemade thing that my family, eats it’s delicious! Before Yesterday, I vomited from eating something late at night. I think because that was the last thing i ate and yesterday, I vomited and my stomach was hurting. And today I feel ok no need to vomit stomach, feel eh I it’s not hurting but when I lay down I do feel lil pain.

    Most of the foods mentioned are diabetes promoting foods!! These foods are high in carbs or produce high levels of uric acid, calcium or phosphoric oxalates, purines, lectins, and deadly high levels of fructose. Why the hell do you think that one third of all Americans are overweight and have diabetes or beginning symptoms of diabetes?? Because we listen to the crap propaganda that nutritionists and the government has been spewing to us for the last 53 years. Is it worth getting diabetes so that you can eat all of this very healthy food?? When you get diabetes you also start getting all of the nastiest 30 other diseases, including cancer!!
